The Client Portal and the ease of editing reports. I find the layout well designed. I like that it's easy to create templates and run most of my business using the platform.

I wish there were more tiled windows and required less opening new tabs. I'm hoping in the next release, you can adjust the column width on the Project Overview window.

I need a single platform to track projects, sales, invoices, billing and client communication. I'm just getting started and Accelo is really helping me to organize my workload and assign tasks to others.

This platform has an exemplary user interface. I also like that I can organize and manage all the projects I run in one place. This has made work very easy as all the information I need is available from the same platform. Now I don't have to use multiple platforms just to run projects.

One of the most significant downsides of Accelo is customization. Different organizations have different needs and so projects. Sometimes we would like to customize the feature to fit the projects we are running, but this is limited when using the platform.

The platform has simplified our project management processes, and we can easily handle multiple projects on the same platform and assign work to different workers. However, the due date function would be much better.

From sales to project management, Accelo is a seamless platform that works across all departments. And if you don't need a particular module, you don't have to pay for it!

As with any comprehensive platform, there is a learning curve. The training process is excellent, and you can have Accelo do much of the setup for you. And as long as you're paying attention and utilize the resources provided, it's easy to learn and customize for your organization's unique needs.

We can manage, from prospect to client, the entire sales and project management journey in one place. It's where we clock all of our hours, understand where we are in each project, know who is working on what, and follow specific timelines that are SUPER easy to incorporate into each project plan. It's not perfect, but it's the BEST solution we have found in our search for a platform that fully manages our agency's day-to-day work.

Creating a template for each project. So that once you are starting projects you are able to plug in your template and set your dates accordingly. Then each task is dependent on the next.

The projects that i am putting through are pretty basic. I am using accelo projects very simply and not getting into using / looking at the extra features that it gives for dates and setting hours.

Accelo solves the problem of our team not knowing what is next. I can set up projects and tasks and then set the dates out. So that they know what is next on their list.

- Project deliverables are easily visible and accessible, and through the use of dependencies we can easily change the dates of the whole project instead of manipulating dates for individual tasks, which is a big time saver

- Data related to time spent on tasks is very transparent which saves us the time of pulling specific reports to see how we did on time quoted vs. actually spent

I really enjoy the task management feature and seeing where our team is as we work to complete projects for our clients. This is a great way to transparently see how things are moving along! I also enjoy how easy it is to track my time within the platform.

No downsides to this platform. I really enjoy the experience.

I love being able to track my progress on projects, the breakdown of tasks within the project and time spent working on each task. It helps to prioritize my to-do list and stay focused.

I would like the site to be more visually appealing. It can be hard to track my daily timesheet through the activity chart at the top- and when I go to edit my timesheet, it often changes my numbers/time inputted which can make a big impact on my timesheet.

It is solving a lot of organizational problems by keeping all project management and tasks in one place where the entire team can see it. It is great being able to not only track what I am working on, but see what my team is working on as well.

Our team loves the capabilities of Accelo in organizing large project processes not just for individuals, but across entire departments. The best part is the time sensitivity, which requires certain aspects to be completed prior to the next tasks going live.

The learning curve is a bit steep for the software, even for a technologically adept team such as ours in digital advertising. That said, the support on the platform is top-notch, with learning lessons across the board to help get clarity on sticking points.

Project management solutions are the primary focus of Accelo, and have allowed our teams to streamline things cross-department. This has made things like onboarding, account touches, audits, correspondence, and even team hiring a much more seamless journey.

It allows us to track the progress of our projects on multiple levels simultaneously. The way the data is organized, we can drill down into specific areas to evaluate our performance and to quickly address areas for improvement. The "Project Stream" is a great tool as well. New projects move seamlessly from Sales to the studio with all of the relevant information already set up.

Not much. I wish the calendar views and interactions were more intuitive and easier to navigate. Otherwise, we have been extremely happy with Accelo and grateful for the many, many ways it has empowered us to manage our business more effectively.

All of the managers are able to view the critical information on their projects in a matter of seconds. Our old method of quickbooks, and spreadsheets and calendars in decentralized formats was VERY ineffecient. We spend more time serving our clients and far less time chasing down data from decentralized sources. Setting up and administering contracts is easy and the templates tie to our delivery schedules. It allows a level of detail in the inputting of time by our employees that lets us see where the time goes in our projects and empowers us to craft better and more accurate proposals.

We have gone through a few project management software's and Accelo is by far the most robust.

I am not in love with the billing system, but it is manageable

We have increased our billable hours TREMENDOUSLY after using Accelo. It easily pays for itself and we are no longer losing time.
