What do you like best about Accelerated Digital Media?

I wish I had time to learn every single tool and strategy to make my business succeed. There is clearly a ton of nuance to running effective paid social campaigns, and what I like about ADM is not just that they've consistently conducted campaigns that achieve positive ROAS, but also that we get on a call once a week and the team does a great job of distilling the strategy and results down to an easy-to-understand analysis. I need this kind of stuff explained to me in the simplest of language, and ADM has really helped me to avoid feeling lost. I feel very much part of the process, but equally I don't feel the weight of these responsibilities on my shoulders. The trust factor with this team is HIGH. It's hard for me to find any real negative critique with ADM. My company only seems to be limited by how much we can afford to spend on ad buys. We love the expertise and attention to detail that ADM brings to the process. They are well-versed and highly skilled in planning and execution of marketing strategies across Google, Facebook, and the other forms of advertising they offer. Brad is a great listener and strategist, who not only feels like a member of our team, but always make sure our initiatives are understood and that their strategies reflect that understanding.

What do you dislike about Accelerated Digital Media?

We dislike that we don't have a more regular workflow because our conferences are seasonal. This makes the relationship halt at times and it means there can be a ramp up period rather than continuously building on ongoing strategies. The good news is that ADM is conscientious and skilled enough to resurrect our data and campaigns when we do ramp up again and bring lessons so that our ramp up time feels reduced. A couple of things that we appreciate working with ADM:

1. Professional and very communicate - solid efforts and attitude on this front. We like working with people who are passionate at what they do.

2. Valuable Sounding Board and Adviser - there were a few things not Google ads marketing related that we've asked Tellef and his team about, they always give us tips and provide ways on how to approach certain things through experienced eyes. We're a startup and there's still a lot of things we're learning, but Tellef and his team do their best to help us out even if things that are not specifically related to our project come up and we need some input.
