Because I can license exactly what services I need, Abstract API is also very cost effective for my startup. As our needs evolve, I will likely pick up more of the services they offer. The bulk upload CSV tool needs improvement to acccomodate more culomns other than just a phone number, and reordering the cells in the result CSV, is annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not a downside but it's sort of a limitation in acquisition. AbstractAPI subscriptions do not support payment by PayPal. Banks rates are abit higher so the lack of payment flexibility is sort of a limitation in comparison to the existing alternatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
