A device can be wiped if need be which is again a virtual task. We do get history of lets say 3 years or 4 years of wiping and freezing devices. This would also be true of any competing product. Their products are excellent, their customer service is outstanding, and they truly care about the security of their customers' endpoints. **What do you dislike about Absolute Secure Endpoint?** Firstly, while their customer service is generally very good, there were a few instances where I felt like I was getting a generic response rather than a personalized solution to my problem. It would be great to see more effort put into tailoring support to the sepcific needs of each customer. Secondly, I found the interface of their software to be a bit cluttered and diffcult to navigate at times. Simplifying the interface and making it more user-friendly would make the experience of using their software even better. Lastly, I think there is a room for improvement in terms of the reporting and analytics capabilities of their software. While the data provided is useful, it would be great to have more in-depth analysis and insights to better understand endpoint security trends and vulnerabilities. **What problems is Absolute Secure Endpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems that ASE is resolving for us is a list of device/web application usage and geolocation/geofencing that helps us identify our assets. Especially resolves our issue with users being WFH. With having the ability to device freeze/wipe comes very handy when users do not tend to return devices or if users are terminated and not at the office. The application persistence has resolve our problem of ensuring our applications are installed on our endpoints and if not it would automatically install those applications for us. ### 34.
