- Users report possible malicous or spam email, and Abnormal responds verifying they are safe or

not.

-Abnormal is always willing to listen to feedback and our sales/marketing rep goes out of his way

to

follow-up with tickets we submit, seeing if we were helped.

-The menus have come a long way and it is easy to remediate emails.

- They help setup and launch the system.

Over the past year the amount and quality of the catches has deteriorated. In all fairness, we are a Google environment and that really doesn't seem to be their focus. Maybe MS Customers have seen better performance but for us, the items they miss are too easy to spot and even old standard software would have caught a lot of the ones they seem to be missing now. Easy onboarding. Integrates smoothly with Microsoft and KnowBe4. I use the dashboard every day when I need to investigate. Their Search and Respond feature is one of my favorite go to hunting email tools. Their backend spam and phishing policies work extremely well and have saved our users several times over. Fantastic customer support, have had several very productive meeting with our client success manager. Reporting mailbox provides a simple setup for automated analysis. Great all around product. Cannot add bulk allow/block lists. Search and Respond does not tie into the automated system and provide a corrective action for false negatives, unnecesarrily increases risk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The great AI and ML applied in your solution, the accuracy that the spams/phishing are detected. the features that is release year by year, is very simple to use. they have a nice support team, you dont need access every time, the integration with O365 was easy and the roll out was transparent, the implementation was sucessfull Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The integration and tuning process was a quick and easy process. This product saves a bunch of admin time from having to go through and triage/investigate a ton of emails.
