We often have the issue of people not being able to continue new hire docs, because they had applied at another one of our franchises, so often I have to reach out to our corporate IT to manually merge profiles so my candidates can continue with their paperwork. As an "I-9 Champion" in our office, I find it most helpful to have the ability to check for and resolve any incomplete cases, such as pending photo matches, TNCs, unconfirmed data, submission failures, and all other pending I-9 tasks under the I-9/E-Verify tab for all employees and not just one at a time. Sending out documents electronically for our travelers to sign off on. The ease of assigning these documents is what I like best; it is just a few click and done! I wasn't expecting to have to build in the forms myself but I guess that's how they save money when it comes to customer support. They have a training class to teach their clients how to build the forms in but, like myself, there isn't enough time in the day to sit and work on something this time consuming. Initially, ABLEs capability to assign our documents electronically was solving the aged process of our travelers printing them out and scanning the filled out forms. Obviously, there are other solutions, but we felt ABLE had more to offer with their different features such as the automatic E-Verify and capability to upload pictures of documents to the applicant's profile. We implemented Able for paperless onboarding right at the beginning of quarantine and the change from faxing/emailing paperwork to Able's paperless onboarding was incredible! Every so often, we do have a candidate have issues completing the forms on an old web browser or something along those lines but we don't really fault Able for that.
