The repair book included industry best practices as well as fair up to date pricing on materials, labor and more. Heavily relied on their pricing strategy and best practices. **What do you dislike about Abbott Jewelry Systems: EDGE?** Their materials could be more automated into the software rather than having a physical binder that you would have to flip through. Could integrate better with Edge software when writing up a repair, special order etc. **Recommendations to others considering Abbott Jewelry Systems: EDGE:** Overall I think that the solution is one of the best resources for a jeweler.
