What do you like best about Aegis Service Desk?

Basically Aegis desk was developed for assisted self service 3.0 product and leverages the powerful features of office extension 3.0 the best thing is it includes cutting edge videoconferencing equipment with a webcam, 4k monitor and a directional soundbar to create a person -to - person experience using technology. Every button and Ui is easily understandable. which makes the company and user to be training free. they need not spend much time and money on spending Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aegis Service Desk?

I'm using Aegis service desk everyday in my company for last 3 years. IT is easy to use and provides good fetures. I have integrated Aegis service desk with my application so whenever a system generates error it will create a ticket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
