What do you like best about Aatrix?

What do you dislike about Aatrix?

Found that when we used multiple databases to combine, if we had someone who moved from one datafolder to another that the software would delete one randomly and not combine their information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aatrix?

Fairly easy to use. Easy to install and get in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aatrix?

Not as intuitive when printing your w-2 or 1099s. But i think they want it that way so you have to pay them to print and mail your year-end documents. Once I figured out how to print it was better. Lot of juking and jiving to figure out how to print it so it would fit in the enevelopes we are required to purchase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aatrix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our problem was a Vista problem. They outsourced the printing of year-end documents to Aatrix. Last year Vista was able to create them. I don't know why they outsourced and required their vendors to purchase special envelopes and purchase the filing online. It cost the company more money but must have helped Vista in some way. It is amazigly easy to set up and use. We pay our payroll and send IRS and State forms right from Aatrix Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aatrix?
