Dominion did a really great job with their set up and implementation. The series was recorded so if I needed to go back to remember what we did, I had that information. I also had two point people in the beginning that was helpful. Their layout was also great because all of the information even on employees that I use often were all at the top bar. Dominion had a lot of glitches in their system. They definitely needed a testing analyst to help make sure they are taking care of different glitches. Their tax team was somewhat helpful but when getting started, they were not helpful in telling me exactly what I needed to file in 15 different states. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
