If would nice to see the assignee name without hoveing over the icon, similar with comments, would like to view the comment notjust see that a comment was made. Assign in mass does not work when I move mouse from the open request to select the guide button the pop-out disappears. **What problems is A-LIGN solving and how is that benefiting you?** SOC2 ### 2. Even though we have not needed to use the control crosswalk feature, I am sure it would make the audit process even more accessible. **What do you dislike about A-LIGN?** Self-service user management could be improved. As an engagement admin for our audit, I should be able to remove our company personnel who no longer need access to the system. For example, we have some personnel that never accepted their invitation, and I am unable to remove them from the system. **What problems is A-LIGN solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having a single place to upload evidence and communicate with the auditors makes the audit process easy. We are a small IT team and we do not have the time to upload hundreds of documents via email or through SFTP. ### 16.
