It was really easy to get started with 99test, though kind of cryptic on the setup. The system walked me through- basically, it set up my testing requirements from what type of tests were required to the skills I required from the testers. Once set up, the platform interface made managing the testing process hassle-free. One of the major advantages, however, was the quality and expertise of the testers I got paired with. My project needed someone really good with iOS, and Android environments and usability testing. There were a few challenges like setting up the test environment and defining the right requirements took too long, especially for a novice user.
