What do you like best about 8x8 Work?

The program and service are user-friendly, and I really like that it can be used by anyone easily. The interface is awesome. Even individuals with limited computer skills can navigate the 8x8 Work application and the traditional desk phones effortlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 8x8 Work?

What I find unfavorable about 8x8 Meet is its limited integration capabilities. It would be beneficial to have custom integration options that could incorporate new features. Moreover, it would be preferable if the pricing plans were tailored to meet the specific needs of each customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Poor Customer Service"

What do you like best about 8x8 Work?

There was not much of a difference in what they offered between other VoIP services. I honestly don't have anything that stood out. The Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 8x8 Work?

Customer Service was bad. If you had to purchase or reach out, our account rep did not respond. She also never followed up to see how we were as a customer except when it back time for renewal contracts. Now, this may only be our own experience, but I have other fellow IT peers mention the same kind of service quality from 8x8. Pricing was very expensive compared to other VoIP services in the market.
