What do you like best about 8am CPACharge?

They have been highly responsive.

The initial setup was straightforward. I have linked the payment pages to my Website and my Client Portal.

They helped me set up multiple pages (different URLs) so I could apply a surcharge for one page and keep a second page that did not add a surcharge.

The payments hit my bank account within 5 days of clients' payment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 8am CPACharge?

I don't really have any dislikes. I suppose it would be nice if there were ways to create your own pages without assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The card reader does not always connect and work/ go through and that has been frustrating. During high volume days there were a few times we had someone leave because it looked like the payment went through on the card reader but then it never actually went through.
