I currently use 8am CPACharge for providing payment links to clients for my CPA practice, Womack & Associates, LLC. I appreciate that it provides immediate access to payment in just a few clicks, making it convenient for our clients and avoiding possible delays of the mail. It's not burdensome to use and helps us keep our Accounts Receivable low. The setup was very easy, and honestly, I can't think of any improvements. The card reader would be more helpful if we could initiate and process the payment solely on the device. We don't use it as much since you still have to initiate the payment on the computer. It would also be more helpful if the card reader automatically charged the credit card fee when it recognizes that one is being used, rather than us having to manually add a processing fee when initiating the charge.
