## 8am CasePeer Reviews
  ### 1. Effortless Case Building with Fast, Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** abril z. | Lien Negotiator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

It's so easy to organize and build a case with all the options that are available. If there's any issues, I like that you can easily message for support and it is addressed immediately. Updating information on a case is also a walk in the park. I like the customization option of organizing the side panel to organize the tabs in an order that best work for everyone. Also, I do enjoy the AI component when you send a text to a client so you can fine tune your responses and be more clear in communication.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

My only gripe is you can't edit notes after it's been published which can sometimes create an overlap of communication.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping mitigate issues that were being missed before such as bills and liens thanks to the notes function that you can look up to confirm if a bill or lien was added to the case. I can say it's helped move cases a lot quicker at our firm.

  ### 2. Intuitive and Effective Case Management, Looking for No-Fault Upgrade

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

I find 8am CasePeer to be intuitive, with the right buttons in the right places and the right information, which helps keep things in order. It's pretty easy to use once the initial setup, which involves a lot of information input, is completed. The integration with Outlook and OneDrive works great. I like the mobile version for quick case info.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

Minnesota, and several other states are no-fault states, so it would be nice to have a section about no-fault, for instance, a section to track PIP payments, PIP coverage (stacking), and disputes about PIP medical bills (which require mandatory arbitration) and an arbitration section within the No-Fault section to track 1) medical bills; 2) wage loss; 3) Replacement Services. Also, there should be a section in the settlement section dedicated to no-fault settlements (Now, I can only pick liability or UM/UIM, and many cases have disputes with settlement discussions and I put them under UM/UIM, but it gets confusion when there is a UM/UIM underlying claim. Also, I would like to be able to generate a medical bill summary listing all of the providers, total incurred, total paid by PIP, total paid by Insurance, and current balance with some type of date stamp so that we know when it is current.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

8am CasePeer organizes my case files, making case management more streamlined and orderly.

  ### 3. User-Friendly Case Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wilber L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

I use 8am CasePeer to handle all my pre-litigation and litigation cases, and I appreciate how it keeps all files organized, making it easy to find the information I need at any time. 8am CasePeer is very user-friendly, which is something I really like. The way I can connect with my clients is awesome through texts. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

Probably the e-signature function must be easier to use on the document recipient's side. If possible, it would be great to have verbal communication such as voice notes to communicate with clients.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

8am CasePeer keeps my files organized, makes it easy to find information anytime, and allows awesome client connections through texts.

  ### 4. CasePeer: A Marketing Game-Changer from Lead to Signed Case

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis C. | Marketing D irector, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

From a marketing standpoint, CasePeer has been an absolute game-changer for our law firm. It bridges the gap between lead generation and case management better than any platform we’ve used.

The intake and pipeline visibility allow our marketing team to clearly track where leads are coming from, how quickly they’re being contacted, and how efficiently they convert into signed cases. This level of transparency makes it much easier to measure ROI across campaigns and optimize spend.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

There are still some AI features that needs to be upgraded.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CasePeer integrates seamlessly with tools like LeadDocket, Zapier, and e-signature platforms, which has streamlined our workflows and reduced friction between marketing, intake, and legal teams. Automated task management and clean reporting ensure no lead falls through the cracks—critical for high-performing campaigns.

If you’re a personal injury law firm that takes marketing seriously and wants real accountability from click to signed case, CasePeer is a must-have. Highly recommended.

  ### 5. Casepeer for Personal Injury cases

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

The most beneficial feature of Casepeer is its ability to streamline and centralize information. In doing so, Casepeer eliminates or at least significantly reduces the complexity of managing medical records and follow-ups. It has made my tasks much more manageable and far easier to track from start to finish.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

The least helpful aspect of using Casepeer is its limited customization and reporting capabilities. At times, this makes it harder to tailor the system to my needs and to pull meaningful insights, especially when compared with other case management tools.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

8am CasePeer helps solve the problem of disorganized task management in PI cases by automatically generating tasks and due dates based on key case events and the type of injuries involved. This reduces the worry of missing or overlooking anything and makes the process easier to manage. For me, the main benefit is better visibility into what still needs to be done, which would help me stay on track and ultimately increase productivity.

  ### 6. Great Texting, But Dropbox Folder Creation Has Been Broken for Weeks

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** venni r. | Paralegal, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

Texting ability with clients is really helpful

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

For the past 1.5 months, we haven’t been able to connect our Dropbox folders because we can’t create Custom Folders—the creation process simply hasn’t worked again. We have several newer client files and can’t create a Dropbox folder for them, so we’re missing that feature. As a result, my peers and the lawyers can’t refer to the files that would normally be saved in that folder, because Casepeer 8am has not successfully fixed the issue. We received a message that it should have been working last week, but it still isn’t working.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing the clients and their file contents

  ### 7. Effortless Case Management, But Watch for Duplicates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brenda M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

I find 8am CasePeer easy to use, and I think it's one of the most advanced legal assistance platforms. I like having several folders on the left-hand side for both litigating and pre-litigation cases because it keeps me organized. The initial setup was easy, which was a nice start.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

I don't like the speed and how things get duplicated in the file when you cc the email for the CasePeer link. I would like to prevent duplicate files when cc'ing CasePeer.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

8am CasePeer helps with organization, note-taking, reminders, document saving, and status management. It keeps me organized with folders for litigating and pre-litigation cases.

  ### 8. Powerful Case Management with Tons of Options and Client Texting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kris S. | Managing Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

I like the plethora of options for managing a case. Especially the texting available for clients which we didn't have with our previous software platform.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

The AI assistant has been very helpful when answering questions, but if I had a complaint it would be that there are so many options it can be overwhelming trying to learn all of it.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Casepeer is solving the issue of trying to document all of the bills and liens available in a case which makes it easier to manage cases and have the documentation all in one place.

  ### 9. Simple Setup and Easy to Use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

It is simple to use and set up. Compared to other softwares, there isn’t as much back-and-forth needed with customer service, which I appreciate. I also like that intake and file management are all in one place, so there’s no need to purchase additional "add-ons". We’re just getting started with CasePeer, and so far the data migration process seems straightforward and easy.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

Not as customizable as I had hoped. I'd like to be able to customize the built in intake forms, without having to use custom fields, and remove some litigation features (since our Law Office does not litigate).

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CasePeer is helping us a lot with staying organized and keeping all of our files in one place.

  ### 10. Dropbox Integration Issues Undermine Client Security Needs

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha J. | Chief Financial Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

File management in one place and ease of establishment of cases.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

Since 8am took over the platform from CasePeer , Dropbox has not worked. We have to have this feature for the security of our clients and their information and they can't seem to get it to work.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are supposed to be making case management easier but the benefits are not outweighing the problems with the glitches currently. It was smooth prior to 8am taking over.

  ### 11. Makes Tracking Information Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Genevieve U. | Intake Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

It makes my job easier to track my information

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

It can sometimes be slow and it is not my internet

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps all my documents organized

  ### 12. Excited About Client Texting and Easy CC’d Email Tracking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

A couple of the features I'm exited about is the texting to our clients through this application and second is that you are able to CC: a particular account on any email communication and it goes right into the program.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

That when you need to transfer multiple people (parties) to a case it only accepts one as the main contact - makes it difficult to search when one of them calls for status. Also dislike that you cannot delete the duplicated contacts.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is resolving the communication with the client as well as communication within the company, in keeping each other in the loop.

  ### 13. Very User-Friendly with Clear Categories for Easy File Organization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie L. | Case Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

Very user-friendly. Clear categories that help organize each file.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

If one singular client texts 10 times, then I have 10 notifications in my text bar, which clutters it.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's hard to get in touch with clients sometimes, so the texting feature is truly helpful. It's also difficult to manage the status of medical records requesting, but 8am CasePeer organizes the process neatly.

  ### 14. Efficient and thorough

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyssa Z. | Legal Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2022

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

They have upgraded some of the fields and capabilities within CasePeer making it easier to navigate through cases and tasks I need to accomplish.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

The calendar isnt always easy to enter dates and sometimes you cant edit the event when added. Also, making custom case status fields would be nice for things we deal with just specifically for our office.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The communication in the office is conveyed much clearer since adding casepeer to our office. There is so much information we can add that helps us navigate the file.

  ### 15. It's user friendly and has what you need

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2025

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

I have worked with multiple legal case management platforms over the years, and Casepeer is my favorite. The interface is simple to navigate and understand (you don't need multiple training sessions to figure out where things are or how to look something up), and it's easy on the eyes. The calendar and task system are simple yet do what you need. Customer support is always responsive- same day and addresses any issues or questions. There were no issues in implementing the system and integrating everything over from our prior system was not bad.

I like how it has features for the trust accounting in addition to simple search features and ability to run various reports. There are platforms out there which are much more comprehensive, but you almost need a degree to learn how to use them. There is a point where things become overly complicated and it's not necessary. I personally think Casepeer has a good balance.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

Some platforms are integrating AI into their software to assist with searches as well as analyzing data/reports and for summarizing the client's injuries. I would like to see something like that offered by Casepeer.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us track employee productivity and assess where strengths and weaknesses lie.

  ### 16. Excellent Organization That Keeps Everything on Track

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

The organization is very good! I also like the text communication and email attachment to send photos and document directly to casepeer.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

Sometimes text has glitches where we don’t receive text or photos.
The medical tab section being hard to overlook the full facilities without scrolling. Also when updating medical information of treatment it kicks back to the top section and then need to find clinic again.
Doesn’t have a section for beneficiaries.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication with clients and saving me a lot of paper printing

  ### 17. Easy to Use for Keeping Daily Tasks on Track

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Antonio B. | Attorney, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

Wish the calendar function was more integrated.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** thelma a. | ADMINISTRATIVE LEGAL ASSISTANT, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

HELPS DECREASE WORK LOAD MAKES WORK EASEAR

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

I DON'T LIKE THAT A NEW ACCOUNT OR CLIENT HAS TO BE ENTERED TO SEND THE E-SIGNATURE
CLIENTS NEED TO SIGN BEFORE THEY CAN BE ENTERED IN THE DATA BASE
ALSO YOU CANNOT SEND E-SIGNATURE TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE ON THE SAME EMAIL HAS TO BE INDIVIDUALLY AND THAT'S TIME CONSUMING.

MEDICAL BILLING I LOVE THAT IT ADDS EVERYTHING
ALSO COST IT'S VERY HELPFUL

Tasks are great to keep up

  ### 22. All-in-One Information Hub That Simplifies Case Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nancy C. | Case manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

Adding and having all the information in one place.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

wished the text messages had the emoji icons, and also being able to text other people in the same case. Wished there was an email thread like filevine so we don't have to be going back and forth with gmail.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like having everything in one app for the cases just needs a little bit of more things added.

  ### 23. Everything I Need for a Case in One Convenient Place

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

I can find everything I need regarding a case in one convenient place.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

The text messages between us and clients do not automatically go into case notes, so I have to look in two places when reviewing a file.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is easy to update other workers in the office as well as clients by just using CasePeer.

  ### 24. Smooth, Friendly Analytics with Great Reporting and Productivity Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emmuna v. | Vendor Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

Really friendly and analytical, with great report creation and productivity tracking. The overall experience feels smooth and helpful, especially when I need clear insights and an easy way to stay on top of my work.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

The productivity report is too simple. It would be more helpful if it included something like time stamping.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Case tracking and statuses also the productivity

  ### 25. User-Friendly Interface with Prompt, Helpful Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Practice | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

It's interface is very user friendly and easy to figure out and navigate. Also customer service is always prompt and easy to submit questions. We use it daily.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

I'd like a program that allows for AI to review the medical records and provide a summary. Filevine can do this.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time management. Of course it benefits us because efficiency leads us to making more money and happier clients.

  ### 26. Clear, Organized Case Management with an Easy-to-Navigate Dashboard

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Practice | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

I appreciate how organized the case is with the different tabs for each area of the case. This helps create a clear overview of each case, just from the dashboard.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

The only downside I would say comes with using CasePeer are the options to auto-generating tasks.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CasePeer has helped with keeping case information organized.

  ### 27. A digital workplace with a variety of interaction methods between departments, tasks and goals.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Camilo P. | Medical Coordinator, Legal Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2025

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

The way in which you can see, by stablishing documentation practices internally, how every part of the operation took care of a process on each step of the way with specific times and option to provide more in depth detail.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

At times the disposition of the notes section seems inconvenient. As for it being such a thin column going back to several days of notes requires to skip several pages ahead or open a dedicated notes window. I just feel it could be better oriented at the center and widened underneath the combine of the client summary and tasks

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allow us to keep track of the completion of other parts of the operation that my work depends on so I know when I'm able to start with my part.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

I really like that the software is ready to be used immediately and that it has an integrated intake form that we can send to our clients.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

The least helpful thing about the software is that we cannot do everything inside of the program. For instance when letters are generated, they must be downloaded outside of the program. We also dislike that we have to create multiple contacts for different sections of the case. Another issue is the customer support, we are just left videos and figure things out on our own.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Casepeer solves our intake problems with the integrated intake form. This makes our intake process much smoother.

  ### 32. CasePeer is pretty user friendly and easy to learn.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tiffany A. | Paralegal, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

User friendly, intuitive flow for managing cases and providers.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

There should be an easy way to change a provider once treating, without losing all notes on that provider as they may have treated at a different location or something like that. Also, for dating out tasks, it would be helpful if multiple tasks could be selected and if the tasks were able to be updated with the same notes rather than each individually if the same notes apply to multiples.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping everyone on the same page about cases and being able to reassign or tag other users on certain tasks.

  ### 33. Exceptional Organization and Efficiency for Personal Injury Cases

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

I love its organization the most and how efficient it is for all of our cases.

That it only applies to personal injury matters. I wish it was more diverse and there was a platform in other types of law.

Organization, keeping everything in one place, updating our file efficiently, recording communication and accountability

**Reviewed by:** Jessica T. | Attorney, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

My favorite thing about CASEpeer is how user friendly it is. I use it daily and enjoy it. The customer support employees are always kind, and do their best to help.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

It seems like the issues that I come across or the problems I find are not quickly or easily fixed. Also, I don't like that you cannot delete people/companies from our contact directory.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They keep everything I need in a case in one place. It is user friendly and helpful for my case management.

  ### 36. Easy to use, Keeps files Organized

  ### 37. Refusing to honor prices they used to induce our office to switch from our previous CMS.

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2025

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

Provides an easy way for clients to securely send documents through a portal.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

Had I been told the price was going to be substantially higher than we agreed, I would have gone with another platform or stayed with my old one. Nearly everything about the software seems mid-tier, other than the price (which the actual price is way too high). The value is not where it should be.

The inability to customize with custom fields is very problematic. Most features they offer are about 80% close to being very good but require additional services or add-ons or lack the customizability needed. The potential is there, but continued development seems to be lacking, particularly considering the price. Customer support is okay, but you must use it quite a bit because of the numerous gaps in the product between what personal injury lawyers need and what CasePeer currently provides. As is, it should be sold as a mid-tier platform and priced as such.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The goal was to get everything in one place and allow for automation. CasePeer is lacking in too many areas for it to serve this purpose for me.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Uzae G. | Sales and Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2024

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

What I like most about Casepeer is its efficiency to make sure that all tasks are deligated properly and that is reliable when fully maximized. You can assign tasks to certain members and leave notes for every case there is. I like how managable all tabs and we can also upload and download the documents needed in a certain tasks. It organizes all the on going and outgoing what nuts in a case. Making it cloudbased opened more opportunities to Virtual Assistants like me who helps Firms from the US keep, store and manage casefiles from thousands of clients. I am a virtual assistant from the Philippines and with this very realiable software, i wan access all the data i need anytime, anywhere!!! This is a gem for someone like me who wishes to work and travel and live a nomad live everywhere!

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

Not that I dislike it but i think they should improve more on client communications. Its a super plus that we can text them on the software but i wish we can call them too! Looking forward!

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its helping us solve disorganization from hundreds of cases coming in and out. Its solving the problem of thousand of paper filing and keeping them stored and be accessed whenever we need them. Its solving time consuming from going over all the cases paper manually becaese the search button on casepeer makes all the magic!

Using it every day, I love how user friendly it is. There was definitely a learning curve at first but there's so many options to make our jobs a little easier each day. The webinars are so helpful when there's updates or new features. Whenever we have questions we know we can reach out and have someone help us if there's an issue we can't resolve. I also like that we can upload multiple documents at a time and the newer feature of generated documents makes finding what I'm looking for that much easier!

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

Multiple notifications for the same thing which isn't always helpful but it's not a major issue.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything we need to work on a case is right at our fingertips when it's in the case. We don't have to jump between multiple applications to see what's going on and the overview page tells us what we need to know in most cases without searching!
