**What do you like best about 800.com?**

800.com is easy to set up and implement. The call quality has been clear, which matters a lot when you have to use the service to talk to clients all day every day. They also set me up with a vanity number for my business. That has been a big win for branding and looking more established. I also really like the tracking/statistics side of the platform. I’m building and ramping my business up in 2026, so being able to see call activity and basic metrics is going to help me stay organized and actually measure what’s working. Overall, it’s been reliable, professional, and it does what I need it to do.

**What do you dislike about 800.com?**

I wasn't too keen on the incomming call allotment. With only the first 1,000 free, at first that cap made me a bit nervous, but I actually haven't come close to hitting that yet. You have to pay per call after that, but we'll cross that bridge when we get there.

**What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a vanity number. Also, since my business is growing, I needed to stop using my personal cell phone and transition to a more professional system that I could access from anywhere, since my business is virtual.

I use GHL for my business which doesn't have a way to integrate with GHL but 800.com has a way to forward calls and texts to my personal. I can also mass SMS from there. Customer service was good too.

I wish there were more integration options, and it's $100 to port out the number to another software, which makes sense, but a little annoying considering I spent a bunch to get the number already.

**What do you like best about 800.com?**

I like how 800.com allows us to redirect our former landline to two cell phone lines. I also appreciate that it makes it transparent to our friends that they are calling our cell phones when they dial what used to be our home number. Plus, the monthly cost with 800.com is significantly less than maintaining the landline, which helps us save money.

**What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I switched to 800.com to save money by dropping my land line and redirect calls to my cell phones. It's cost-effective and seamless—friends think they're calling my home number, but it rings on my cell.
