What do you like best about 800.com?

Everything is in one spot. It's a one-stop-shop. I can manage and control all the calls and messages in one place. Additionally, I can manage the messaging in one place as well. Very helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

Random spam callers using up my monthly plan minutes. It appears to be numbers out of the blue that I've never heard of before. I wish there was a filter helping separate these type of calls. Perhaps there is and I'm just not aware yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 800.com?

What do you like best about 800.com?

It has been rock solid for years. We had an issue once and with one quick call they resolved it. You can even change the number it goes to almost on the fly which is so slick and has come in handy many times! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing. I had a very good experience, even with support when I had a big problem at that time.

What do you like best about 800.com?

What I like most about 800.com is the web UI. I find myself using 800.com to make calls from my computer throughout the day just because it's so easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

I'd like to see better history of calls made. As is, I have to enter (paste) in the phone number I want to call every time. A redial function would be good to start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's easy to set up, easy to use and inexpensive. For incoming calls, I can't think of anything I'd want to change. I unexpectedly found it useful to make calls as well and so I would like to see them add functionality there. But overall, I'm super satisfied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 800.com?

What is most helpful about this App is how i am able to receive the voicemails left and messages left through a text that gets sent to my phone. So this helps me to ensure that I am getting back to my customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I don't like is how there isn't an automatic voicemail where it's list the people and extensions you kind of after to keep re-recording if you add a new extension. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 800.com?

The flexibility to spin up a number quickly should you have a need; ease of managing the 800 lines with multiple capabilities and schedules; great customer support when needed. It is just overall the best product I have seen on the market to assist "as needed" situations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

I cannot think of much of anything that I have disliked. Even the pricing is decent - but I am a non-profit so better pricing is always welcome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of our functions is to serve areas hit by disasters and supply volunteer support. The 800.com service has enabled us to have one central call-in line and manage it between multiple volunteers on-call. If we need another number we can just spin one up quickly. If we are in a lull time for disasters we can suspend a line until we need to use it which allows us to not waste donated funds on unused equipment during downtimes. The management for the average user is also appealing. It does not require a degree in telephony to understand the process and make it functional for our needs.
