Random spam callers using up my monthly plan minutes. It appears to be numbers out of the blue that I've never heard of before. I wish there was a filter helping separate these type of calls. Perhaps there is and I'm just not aware yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about 800.com is the web UI. I find myself using 800.com to make calls from my computer throughout the day just because it's so easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'd like to see better history of calls made. As is, I have to enter (paste) in the phone number I want to call every time. A redial function would be good to start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What is most helpful about this App is how i am able to receive the voicemails left and messages left through a text that gets sent to my phone. So this helps me to ensure that I am getting back to my customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I don't like is how there isn't an automatic voicemail where it's list the people and extensions you kind of after to keep re-recording if you add a new extension. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After having hard time sourcing a custom vanity number, a peer referred me to 800.com.

The flexibility to spin up a number quickly should you have a need; ease of managing the 800 lines with multiple capabilities and schedules; great customer support when needed.
