What do you like best about 800.com?

800.com provides 800 numbers with a complete set of tools to manage and maintain them from its website. You can have multiple extensions with each number and it makes you look like a Corporate company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using 800.com for quite some time now but I do not find anything that I do not like. I seriously cannot think of anything to suggest to 800.com since it has every feature you can imagine as part of their package. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 800.com?

Love that I can change the number my number directs to, so it is easy to have help from a cohort while I am on vacay. I use the standard option for call routing and have different messages set up for different times of day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

Not much to dislike. The only thing I would amend would be someone assisting me with navigating the features I don't know exist or how to use them. Otherwise, an overall powerful service, with more flexibility than I even know how to fully utilize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's kind of expensive but worth the cost. The delay when answering on a forwarded phone is kind of long, but I think that's a setting on our end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We own a business. This allowed us to have a professional toll-free number for our customers that's easy for them to remember. The number of calls has increased. Our main issue is keeping someone readily available to answer. The other issue is having a place to check the voicemails. We want our staff to be able to do this, but have only found ways to do it through a computer which prevents the on the floor staff from doing so when customers are present. We were looking for an 800 number provider that could integrate with our current text message campaign services. 800.com was one of the only available that worked with our platform. It just so happens that they also provided the best customer service out of all the companies we inquired with. What do you like best about 800.com?

The ease of use in getting set up was the best part of using 800.com - my 1866 number was super easy to set up and setting up was no problem whatsoever. The voicemail function and greetings set up was something I have recommended to my peers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There isn't much I dislike about the process of utilizing 800.com - If I had to pick something, I suppose I would have to point out that their customer service was TOO GOOD. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
