What do you like best about 800.com?

I was able to incorporate my business into the toll free number and I didn't have to get another phone from my servicer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to setup. Easy to use. Never had technical issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

First year was fine. Then I noticed they charged my credit card a lot of money. It would seem that they changed their pricing structure and just assumed they can upsell me to a higher plan that costs twice the money. Seems clearly unscrupulous. What do you like best about 800.com?

Our small business appears professional and it establishes trust with our customers. The service is easy to set up and use. We can adjust the setting/message at any time and the customer service is amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

The only downside we have had is that we have received calls from folks looking for a different company that also has an 800 number. I haven't experienced any negatives from 800.com. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have no issues which need resolving with 800.com. Our service has been great and uninterrupted for a couple of years. Most of our customer service questions get sent via email but it's been great having this number for folks who would rather speak to a human being. Having the 800 number also minimized questions after they listen to the message, and many times our customer hangs up and emails us once they have heard the message. What do you like best about 800.com?

It was quick to sign up and activate and have a toll free number ready for my business so easily. I love the recorded automatic messages too. I didn't really find many competitors. I gravitated to this because of the name I suppose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

Nothing much. I do have a number which uses more letters than the numbers allow so I'm not sure how that works. I didn't quite read the instructions. Don't remember seeing any. But I figured it out anyway. Fairly user friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allows me to provide toll free calling for my customers. Has a professional sounding message for calls to be forwarded or recorded or go to voicemail. Easy options for instant results. What do you like best about 800.com?

Easy to setup and a reasonable price. I have been using 800.com for years to provide a toll-free number on my products and haven't had any real issues. I forward the number to my cell phone so it's easy to receive calls from my customers. Everything seems to work well for me without much need for maintenance or taking up too much of my time. What do you dislike about 800.com?

I use them for very basic services so I haven't had much for issues yet. All my calls seem to work fine. The only annoying thing is all the spam calls I get but that is out of their control and is most likely just a result of the website and business being listed on internet directories. Recommendations to others considering 800.com:

Pretty much easy to set up. Do it once, test everything and then forget about it for me. I have a toll-free number that I set up once with call forwarding to my cell phone, and I mostly just check my email for voice mails or answer calls directly on my cell phone. I use them to provide a toll-free number to place on my products so my customers have an easy way to contact me. I have the number forwarded to my cell phone so I can receive the calls on the go.
