I forward the number to my cell phone so it's easy to receive calls from my customers. Everything seems to work well for me without much need for maintenance or taking up too much of my time. I use them for very basic services so I haven't had much for issues yet. All my calls seem to work fine. The only annoying thing is all the spam calls I get but that is out of their control and is most likely just a result of the website and business being listed on internet directories.
