Call performance and call quality are sometimes spotty. Worst performance when multiple phone numbers are set as simultaneous. The difference between phone switching can be as much as 11 seconds - which is worrisome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Just works. Calls are forwarded to your smartphone or landline--or to multiple lines, which made life easy. My business partner and i never missed sales inquiries. Customer service actually solves issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The app was buggy at the time I had a subscription service with them. My numbers was down for over a week, support was not able to solve the issue where I just gave up on them because they claimed the issue was on my end. I took screen shots of internet speed test, connections, configurations, power cycled my devices, proof that I cleared my cache, even tried login in from a private browser, using Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Brave, etc. to no avail.
