What do you like best about 800.com?

Web interface allows simple configuration. Generally good call quality. Worry free recuring billing. Wish there was a block / country black list for international calls Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

Call performance and call quality are sometimes spotty. Worst performance when multiple phone numbers are set as simultaneous. The difference between phone switching can be as much as 11 seconds - which is worrisome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about 800.com?

Just works. Calls are forwarded to your smartphone or landline--or to multiple lines, which made life easy. My business partner and i never missed sales inquiries. Customer service actually solves issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

Setting up voicemail and phone tries were a little counterintuitive, but very effective once done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 800.com?

What do you like best about 800.com?

It was easy to log in to, with a clean interface and has the ability to manage multiple numbers on one dashboard. The Text-to-voice feature for each attendant sounded great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

The app was buggy at the time I had a subscription service with them. My numbers was down for over a week, support was not able to solve the issue where I just gave up on them because they claimed the issue was on my end. I took screen shots of internet speed test, connections, configurations, power cycled my devices, proof that I cleared my cache, even tried login in from a private browser, using Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Brave, etc. to no avail. So the issue never got resolved and I started using my personal cell phone to contact my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

It was support to solve considating all my business number onto one dashboard and manage the incoming calls. But instead I was able to take full advantage of the service due to internal issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
