What do you like best about 800.com?

The best thing about them is that if you have an issue, they will rectify it very fast. They answer their phones, unlike so many companies. You will always get someone. What do you like best about 800.com?

The back office is simple to navigate. The set up was fast. I love the app to send and receive calls. It helps me to keep everything separate on my phone. It is the best service I have ever used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I don't like is you can send pictures or receive them through the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 800.com?

The user-friendly interface is excellent for non-tech-savvy people. The customer service team was exceptional whenever I had questions, which is very important to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing that would be helpful is how easy it is to find the bills. I sometimes get stuck on the interface to see the monthly bills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 800.com?

800.con was east to set up online and had an easy user interface and dashboard making it simple to transfer calls to different team members. 800.com also made it easy to set up welcome messages for new clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

800.com didn't have much I didn't like. I would say the only thing I had trouble with 800.com is, the fact that trying to incorporate it with a secondary number in my phone was frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
