800.com gives users needing 800's lots of flexibility for a reasonable price. We love the fact multiple 800 numbers can be housed under one account, voice mail settings, auto attendant, and calling trees can all be personalized without an additional fee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The support is awful. For a phone company, support is available only by email and response times are dismall. When we finally got an answer, it was wrong and we had to bring in a 3rd party to resolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
