Logging time against work items is simple, and once the team gets used to it, it becomes part of the normal workflow. The reporting is useful for understanding effort at sprint and project level, which helps with planning. I can also implement my third party software within it, and it's customer support it also best, and I am using this software for last one year. One more good things is that it's ease of implementation with my documents. **What do you dislike about 7pace?** Setup can take some time, if you go with some dynamics stuff, the rest thing is good. **What problems is 7pace solving and how is that benefiting you?** The best problem it solved is about time tracking, it is easy to use, so each teammate can easily track time without any extra efforts, there is less pushback from team and better consistency in time entries, so this is the main problem it is solving. ### 2. Even though its good for the features I would tell its not a beginner friendly application **What problems is 7pace solving and how is that benefiting you?** when developers works in Azure then 7pace comes handy for us.
