The intuitive drag-and-drop editor, paired with a wide range of interactive question formats (like NPS, matrices, rating scales, heatmaps, rankings, and drag-and-drop), makes it very straightforward to design attractive surveys that people are likely to finish. The tool makes sharing effortless across email, embedded website widgets, QR codes, and SMS, and everything looks great on mobile devices. On top of that, flexible logic controls (piping, randomization, and skip logic) plus live reporting mean I can gather rich product and service insights quickly and turn them into clear next steps without needing to write any code. The reporting and visualization features feel quite limited. I like having real-time dashboards, but I often find myself wanting richer chart options, more powerful filters, and built-in sentiment analysis for open-text product feedback, so I usually export everything to Excel to dig into service trends in more detail. I love this platform for its wide range of existing templates for various needs. The building of forms is much easier with the use of AI. It allows building better questionnaire to meet the Market research needs and also various other beyond and within the organization. I appreciate SurveyLab for solving the hassle of putting together forms and uploading directly through the app. I like the ease of the UX; the layout seems very intuitive. I don't have to search for different ways customers or potential investors can respond—it just works. What I Dislike (or What Could Be Better)

Filtering & deep analysis limitations — Some users report that data filtering and reporting tools could be more powerful. When you need to drill deep into sub-segments or do advanced cross-tab analysis, the built-in tools may feel limiting.

Relative lack of pre-built templates for niche / industry-specific surveys — While SurveyLab supports flexible survey construction, there seems to be less head start if you need specialized templates (e.g. for specific verticals or very industry-specific use cases). Some reviewers wished there were more ready-made templates to speed up deployment.

Some performance / loading issues in complex or large surveys — Particularly when dealing with slower internet connections or very complex survey flows, page load times can slow down, which may affect user experience and completion rates.

I find SurveyLab's customer support very helpful and I appreciate the nice percentage-based results. The result-by-result option and the filter options are great, along with the ease of setting up the platform. I appreciate how easy SurveyLab is to use. Setting it up was incredibly straightforward, and completing surveys is simple. I particularly enjoy sharing my opinions and lifestyle with brands and getting paid for it. It’s a great opportunity that helps me manage my expenses, as it contributes to paying my bills. Finding SurveyLab through YouTube was beneficial, and I haven’t considered switching to any other vendor because of its effectiveness.
