What do you like best about 7 Layer Solutions?

They were knowledgable in what would work best for our size of business and used that expertise to present and execute the right solution. What do you like best about 7 Layer Solutions?

The consistency of their team has been the most positive experience. It is not a revolving door of new employees joining our account. We have had the same management team from the beginning, over 10 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 7 Layer Solutions?

What do you like best about 7 Layer Solutions?

1) Respectful, patient, and shows the client's best interest without being pushy.

2) Technically sound, I interviewed a lot of MSPs before signing with 7 Layer, and by far, they showed they knew what they were doing better than most

3) They help on an issue without an obligation, and even if they did not, we would not fault them and use another client; they just jumped in and assisted the right way. That means a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

7 Layer's team is easy to rely on. When we have any issues, they respond in a timely manner. Their technology teams cover a wide range of systems, security, and traditional help desk/support services - a one stop shop for Microsoft Systems Engineering support. What do you dislike about 7 Layer Solutions?

Any time you run into technical barriers where support or triage is needed, there's going to be moments of frustration. In today's world, we expect technology to work without error every single day. Having to wait for a technical issue to be resolved is one of the difficulties I've experienced but can understand and appreciate the troubleshooting process of identifying the root cause and creating preventative measures to avoid similar instances in the future. What do you dislike about 7 Layer Solutions?

Their roster of skillsets should be deeper. One area of need I would have been interested in was AWS experience at an expert level. This would have fit a short-term urgent need as we searched for the best long-term fit. The City has multiple departments, buildings, and critical systems being used. Our agency has the most significant number of employees, hardware, and software than any other department. What do you like best about 7 Layer Solutions?

7 Layer delivered on the specific proposal they outlined they would do. They were also helpful in making sure that we followed their timeline to get the project done. Furthermore, we had an IT issue during the engagement which was outside the scope and they came immediately on-site to help solve the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
