They charge a flat rate according to your user base. They aim to put in low-touch, highly available solutions that work natively and require little to no support. **What do you dislike about 7 Layer Solutions?** There is nothing I dislike about 7-Layer. I have managed desktops, server infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, and development teams. I run IT for a private equity firm and use 7-Layer as our managed service provider.
