The 5X ingestion tool is user friendly and has allowed us to have custom connectors, enabling us to pull data from all of our disparate sources. One of the biggest selling points of the platform is the ability to have a single IDE for all our data needs. We can now access our most important tools pertaining to data, managing RBAC, monitoring utilization and overall spends all from a single UI.
What has been even more impressive is their Customer Success team. They have been is exceptionally proactive, consistently ensuring that we have all the required support to maximize the value of our investment. They have been great with timely check-ins to personalized support, and their commitment to our success has truly made a significant difference in how we are leveraging their platform. 5x have been an integral part of our Data Team at Monica Vinader for nearly a year. Anmol, Vinay and Sagar have been an extention of our internal data community and it has been a pleasure to work with them on a daily basis.
