The flexibility of Zoho's suite is fantastic, the price-point makes the Zoho One suite a no-brainer when compared with competitor tools. So many modules have similar capabilities but you have to go to a completely separate module to find the one that was necessary for that project. UI is inconsistent across all apps, and terminology changes frequently. Customer support is abysmal and requires significant clarification to the point of diagnosing the solution for them. Zoho one is enterprise level product from Zoho. CRM,Desk,Social,campaign, assist,zoho sign and docs and few of most useful product. All the producta are very simple to use and support provided by Zoho team even for evaluation customers commendable.
