"All Our Metrics in One Place with a User-Friendly, Easy-to-Navigate Looker UI"
What do you like best about Looker?

My favourite thing in Looker is going to be having all our metrics in single place which has really user friendly user interface and we can easily navigate and filter as per our requirements and it also helps to non technical person for looking for any analysis. I also like about query feature which can be integrated with Bigquery and other Data warehouse and can retrieve any information based on business requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Looker?

Only thing that looker has to work on is sometime it feels like their dashboard is not responsive or taking too much time to load respective filters especially when loading large historical data and also each time we need to click on submit icon to get the filtered data which can be automated in future Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Reporting, Needs Better Performance with Large Datasets"
What do you like best about Looker?

I use Looker to build reports and visualizations for supply chain and retail partners, and it has been very helpful for creating reports smoothly with Google BigQuery as the data source. I especially appreciate how easy it is to set up and the fact that it’s cloud-based, which makes it simple to use on any machine. Unlike tools like Power BI, Looker doesn’t require a high-end computer to run well or to get everything set up. Since I can access it through any browser, I’m able to get started quickly and focus on building reports right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Looker?

Performance can be slow at times, especially when working with large datasets. I also find there’s limited flexibility for creating custom plots, and scheduling and refreshing reports should be easier going forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Looker Studio - A great Analytics platform"
What do you like best about Looker?

Looker Studio by Google is a data visualization tool. You can create dashboards for end users that present data insights clearly, helping Senior Management make better-informed decisions. It offers a variety of widgets for building dashboards and reports, including bar graphs, charts, butterfly charts, word clouds, funnel charts, line graphs, pie charts, gauges, maps, and more. In our case, Looker Studio is used by the Marketing department to forecast sales for upcoming years based on previous years’ data. It also includes its own AI component to support forecasting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Looker?

There’s really nothing to dislike. Since it’s a Google product, the support is good, and the platform feels stable and reliable overall. Administration and ongoing maintenance are straightforward, which makes it easy to manage day to day.

It also integrates well with other Google products. You can pull source data from Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other cloud databases. On top of that, it can connect through different connectors such as BigQuery, as well as partner connectors like Facebook Ads and more. Overall, Looker Studio is a great option for data analytics and visualization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Looker helps us to make better data driven decisions and organized data reporting"
What do you like best about Looker?

I really appreciate Looker's ability to make data easier to understand and act on. It stands out because it helps transform large amounts of information into dashboards and reports that are clear, structured, and useful for day-to-day decisions. I also value how it improves collaboration by making insights easier to share across teams. The biggest advantage for me is that it reduces manual effort while providing a better overall view of business performance. Additionally, it improves visibility into key metrics and helps teams make more informed decisions with greater consistency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Looker?

Looker offers strong analytical capabilities, but there are a few areas where it could work better. The platform can have a learning curve, especially for users who are new to BI tools or need to create more advanced reports and dashboards. The features are capable, but not always intuitive to use at first, which means users may need additional time or support to become fully comfortable with the platform. It would help if certain customization and reporting functions were simpler to manage for non-technical users. At times, working with complex datasets or detailed inquiries can feel less straightforward than expected. Enhancing visibility, streamlining navigation, and reducing the dependence on technical knowledge in some areas would make the overall experience more efficient and accessible. "Real-Time Reporting, Powerful for Google products"
What do you like best about Looker?

I use Looker for digital ads reporting for platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and DV360. I like that it creates dynamic and live reports, especially for Google platforms, which is great for sharing with clients and managers. The best part is, once set up, it can show reports in real-time to anyone who needs it, and the initial setup is easy, though it takes time when blending reports. Once done, it can be used forever. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Looker?

It is not very efficient for non-Google products and sometimes it's paid for certain platforms. Setup is easy though it takes time especially when I need to blend the reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Looker Studio Made My Sewing Machines Site Traffic Dashboard Simple and Actionable"
What do you like best about Looker?

I love how quickly I can build clean, interactive dashboard with real GA4 data. The engagement overview shows clear KPIs like 329k view and 68% engagement rate, while the device category donut and session medium chart help me instantly see what's working. Blending data and adding filters is straightforward, and the page performance table highlights top content like "sewing machines Premier precision machine worldwide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Looker?

Loading large dashboards can sometimes feel slow. Some advanced calculations still require manual blending instead of automatic smart features. The interface occasionally feels cluttered when adding many charts and controls on one page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Customisable Dashboard, But Steep Learning Curve"
What do you like best about Looker?

I love the ability to visualise our data in Looker, as opposed to searching through spreadsheets for answers. Being able to add pie charts, bar charts, and line graphs helps us to spot trends and dips visually, and act quickly to address these changes. I also appreciate that we can filter by date ranges, which we use a lot to report on how well each store did. For example, we've been trying to push customers to shop in our retail stores on Saturdays rather than online, so we use Looker to filter by Saturday to assess and compare how much money each store made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Looker?

My biggest issue with Looker is that it's so difficult to learn at first. I struggled to create a dashboard from scratch. I didn't know what its capabilities were and wasn't sure how to set up this dashboard effectively. I didn't know that you could connect it to GA4 and Google Ads rather than exporting the data out of those programs and then uploading it to Looker (which I was doing for a while). "Flexible Customization with Room for UI Modernization"
What do you like best about Looker?

I use Looker for the analytics dashboard for test case automation metrics in the Quality Engineering department at BrowserStack. The best part is the flexibility to customize and ease of configuration across multiple integrations. We have the flexibility to customize different types of visual charts and representations based on how we want to see and comprehend the data, and it is easy to integrate with our BrowserStack test management products. The initial setup was very easy, even though we needed to spend some time on customizations based on our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Looker?

The UI can be more fancy as it currently looks old school. The charts and graphs are old style and could be redesigned in a more modern way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Google Analytics Integration with Flexible Dimensions and Filters"
What do you like best about Looker?

Looker connects well with Google Analytics. Looker has always had so many dimensions, metrics, and filters to choose from, it's possible to pull in just about every configuration of data you can think of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Looker?

The learning curve on Looker is steep. There are also multiple ways to accomplish visualizing specific data points, which makes it a little difficult to troubleshoot how someone else set up the table/chart/graph, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Real-Time Insights and Interactive Dashboards Elevate Analytics"
What do you like best about Looker?

I like how its interactive dashboards provide real-time drill-downs, ad-hoc queries, and access to row-level details on governed data. This enables us to gain quick insights and make decisions directly within our applications through embedded analytics. The graphical representations also help us clearly understand the details of our data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Looker?

Looker is a great app, but it uses its own modeling language, which can make it somewhat complex for new or non-technical users to learn. If Looker offered an easier learning guide, it would help users overcome this challenge. Aside from that, Looker is impressive overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
