What do you like best about 4ALLPORTAL?

The simple and intuitive user interface and the rich features are a great added value for us. We use the system every day with many different departments. It can also be somewhat intimidating due to the large scope of functions. But with the right training, etc., that 4ALLPORTAL offers, you can manage it very well and get familiar with everything very well and quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 4ALLPORTAL solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have always had a "loose" collection of image data, which was maintained more or less well in various places. Furthermore, we also have a very high output of image data for online shops, print media, customers, etc., and at some point, with several hundred thousand image data, it was no longer feasible to manage manually. What do you like best about 4ALLPORTAL?

4ALLPORTAL impresses as a powerful PIM and DAM solution for companies with complex product data and a large number of assets. The user interface is functional, but appears rather technical and requires some familiarization. Particularly noteworthy are the integrations (e.g., with ERP, shops, and CMS) as well as the good scalability, making the system very suitable for multichannel strategies. Performance and automation are overall at a high level, but in practice, they depend heavily on the specific implementation. In terms of pricing, 4ALLPORTAL is in the higher segment, but it offers clear added value through efficiency gains and centralized data management. Die Punkte zur UI und zum Onboarding nehmen wir ernst. Unser System ist bewusst flexibel aufgebaut. Das bringt Tiefe, aber eben auch Einarbeitungsaufwand. Wir arbeiten kontinuierlich daran, die Nutzerführung intuitiver zu gestalten und Abhängigkeiten zu reduzieren.
