What I love about the Living Atlas of the World is its wealth of data and maps that are ready to use on a wide variety of topics. Living Atlas has been very helpful to me as a merchant marine. I like to drill down into regions of countries and see what the terrain is like. It pinpoints certain demographics that are not as easy to research. I've never seen an online resource with the level of specificity that this program offers.
