Now if you have an ArcGIS subscription and keep up on your credits then yes, this product is great. This product will give you access to various common ways of visualizing data and you will be able to share with the ESRI community your datasets pretty much by default. Also ESRI has a LOT OF VALUABLE DATA you can utilize to your heart's content (provided that you have the credits to make requests to pull that data) that would really be hard to find elsewhere. Can't stand how ESRI is charging an arm and a leg nowadays! I mean, I have used arcGIS online A LOT during my career. And it's easy to sign up and integrate with your copy of arcGIS Pro. Customer support is good but they try to push their community forums on you a bit too much in my opinion. Regarding frequency of use, you'll be using it more if their credits weren't so EXPENSIVE!!! Provides a single location for for data. I recommend using an experience tech to satrt the process. They can provide a great resource for future issues. ESRI is a great customer resource too! None of note. The UI is easy to understand and navigate and the learning curve to use ArcGIS online per se is not too steep. Even without tutorial videos, I can easily click around to find out where everything is, and as my ArcGIS online instructor says, when mapping, it's easy to find useful hidden capabilities if you right-click on data points such as buildings (vectors), addresses (points), and streets (lines).
