Orion ERP is a great tool to manage resource planning and it has equipped us with business management like Human resource management and also with inventory management. Its dashboard is very flexible and assists us a lot in finding and searching for things. Features like CRM is also very useful in managing customer relationships with it. The analytical part is also our beloved. By the grace of it, we are able to take control over billings and the processing of the files. Its financial management feature has made us able to manage all the important tasks with just a single click. An awful device that’s works better in all schemes except in android. Orion ERP is requested to upgrade this application and maintain the software beneficial for all users. Lovely database. if you are knowing Oracle than you may save lots of money on customization as well as business intelligence data analysis, because integration of schema is very strong. We have developed n number of data analysis reports which helps in business decission making. I have seen many top listed ERP but you need to depend on principal company Or partner to the changes, but in ORION you are having lots of features to do yourself, also if you are not aware about functional design than 3i-Infotech will support you to make understand. 3i-Infotech all levels of teams are very supportive and friendly. I have visited their all offices in India as well Middle East and had discussions with top to bottom team.
We are using ORION 10.6 version since last 9 years, also seen new product ORION 11j, I say single work "fantastic", really they have done good amount of work. System navigation via menus are not smooth. THe very nature of D2K screens in Oracle mean that there are disjointed screens for each task. Would have rather had one screen leading to the other for ease of navigation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
