The setup process was straightforward, the dashboard is intuitive, and the support team was outstanding - fast, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. Adding our real Croatian business number was resolved quickly thanks to their expert guidance.

The initial setup can be a bit technical for non-developers, but the support team compensates for this completely. A more guided onboarding wizard would be a nice addition for beginners.

**What do you like best about 360Dialog?**

I use 360Dialog in my business to communicate with our customers, and I really like the WhatsApp coexistence feature, which allows for API access while still maintaining access to the WhatsApp Business app for manual freeform messages. I appreciate the reliability, as it always feels like I am dealing with a company that takes their product and customers seriously, understanding the importance of messaging without interruptions. The staff is professional, and I barely face downtime with them. Their persistence in solving issues, even when they occur from Meta's end, is commendable as they push relentlessly to resolve bugs for us. The platform offers bare minimum downtime and a solid web platform. Setup was also quite easy, I'd rate it an 8 out of 10.

The human support is what I like most; when the Meta system completely failed me, Maria at 360Dialog fixed everything quickly. The initial setup was super easy, although the main challenge was Meta's verification process. Overall, 360Dialog was our first choice for WhatsApp Business API, and it will remain my first choice because of the amazing support.

What I like most about 360dialog is how reliable and flexible the WhatsApp Business API integration is. The onboarding process, although detailed, is well-structured and allows advanced setups like coexistence (using both WhatsApp Business App and API at the same time), which is very valuable for real business use cases.

The support team is responsive and genuinely helpful, especially when dealing with migration, onboarding, and technical edge cases. They follow up and guide you until the issue is resolved.

From a product perspective, the stability of the API and the ability to integrate it into custom systems (like our AI-based WhatsApp automation platform) makes it a strong solution for scaling customer communication, sales, and support workflows.

Overall, it gives us the flexibility we need to build advanced automation while still keeping the human touch through the mobile app.

One area that could be improved is the onboarding experience, especially for more advanced setups like coexistence. While the system is powerful, the process can feel a bit complex and requires careful attention to details across Meta and 360dialog.

That said, once everything is set up correctly, the platform works reliably and performs well.

Before using it, managing customer conversations and automation at scale was very limited when relying only on the WhatsApp Business App. With 360Dialog, we are able to connect WhatsApp to our platform (Nahla AI), automate customer interactions, send notifications, and manage conversations more efficiently.

**What do you like best about 360Dialog?**

I appreciate the simplicity of the UX/UI in 360Dialog. Their customer service is top notch, and I find WhatsApp communication way more effective than endless emails back and forth. The initial setup was as easy as sending a WhatsApp to my grandma and having her respond. Also, 360Dialog guided us on the Meta Business Verification, applied on our behalf and got it approved in under 3 hours.

**What do you dislike about 360Dialog?**

I would say the geographical issue - we are in SA and the VA who handled our case was mostly not in our geographical scope so times did not quite overlap so the 360 VAs closed queries within a few hours and we had to start all over again - either get 24-hour agents sitting or ask where you are from and have the queries only closed if it is not responded to within the geographical time zones. It is frustrating to have to start your story all over everytime not to mention the absolute waste of valuable time. I only got a handle on this after I explicitly said NOT TO CLOSE the ticket.

360Dialog guided us on Meta Business Verification, getting approval quickly. The UX/UI is simple, and their top-notch customer service via WhatsApp is more effective than scattered email communication.

I had a great experience with 360Dialog, especially compared to my past attempts with other big partners. It was so easy and different this time around. Within a week, everything was accomplished, whereas with others it took months and ended with account restrictions. Their rapid number registration, help with WABA account issues, and ease of re-registering numbers stood out. I would like a Kanban-style view so we can track each ticket and know what stage it is in.

I haven't used it as much yet, so I can't say a lot about what doesn't work well. The price seems fine for now, but I'd prefer if they offered not just a sandbox trial but a full-blown trial for a week. Starting out took a while, although it was mostly a Meta issue rather than a 360Dialog issue.

The support team was very responsive (multiple responses on the support ticket within minutes) - they worked with Meta and got us verified within 24 hours. For the responsiveness and fantastic customer support, we are switching exclusively to them for our Whatsapp API

The AI from the start :( I feel like it doesn't help much, or at least it wasn't that useful to me.

I like that 360Dialog helps me troubleshoot everything and they are very helpful. There's an agent named Muhammad Ali who has been really helpful with me throughout a lot of tickets, helping me solve them by getting on a call. That's really nice, so a big shout out to him.

I don't like that the site doesn't load sometimes. There's a lot of back and forth, and a lot of issues.

1. for companies that are strictly bound to the rules of currency control and tax legislation of their state to be able to automatically receive the necessary documents based on the results of the reporting period.  
2. Receive detailed customer reports automatically. 
3. In the personal accounts of our clients, remove the insights section so that the client does not see the amount that is intended for payment in dialog 360. Since this does not complicate our communication with customers much, we are resellers and the cost shown in this section differs by at least 20 percent (the amount of tax

Like a previous user said, after non-payment they DELETED my registered Whatsapp number and caused our clients several days downtime. No email warning that our payment method was invalid. Tried to raise a support ticket, but couldn't do so without a registered number. Was able to add onto an old ticket luckily, and the first thing I'm told is "You should have created a new ticket." Support only responded 30 hours after I raised the ticket. Answred all his questions and then he dissapeared again, number visible but not verified.

My first support ticket was also about a charge to my card which was in no way authorised - I received a very vague response several WEEKS later.

After adding new payment method they deducted EUR150 but only an invoice for EUR49 shows up in my account. This is probably the worst experience I've ever had with a service provider. We set up our own instance on AWS, now it costs us next to nothing, instead of EUR49 per month with the other invisible charges. It was easy to set up and get started. Apart from this, there is nothing good. Their UI is unreliable and inconsistent, their back-end seems to have issues regularly.

customer service responds with half-sentence e-mails. If your invoice is not paid 1 day after they issue it, they DELETE (not disable, not limit) your number, take your money and don't provide the service.

I have never seen technical customer service first respond with "something went wrong", then "we deleted your number" and "we may refund if necessary". What. The. Actual. F. Please avoid if you are looking for a reliable provider.
