
The level of granularity you get with audience segmentation and the Canvas is still top-tier. In a large-scale environment like mine, being able to build complex, multi-step nurturing flows that actually respect regional data preferences is huge. I also appreciate how the reporting has evolved; it’s less about just seeing opens and clicks and more about understanding how our automation is actually touching the lead lifecycle. The UI feels incredibly dated compared to newer tools, which makes the learning curve unnecessarily steep for new team members. Also, the platform can be frustratingly unstable at times—I've experienced those 'unexplained crashes' or slow load times during peak hours that just eat up your productivity. The Insight reporting, while powerful, can also be a bit of a headache to navigate if you just want a quick, clean data export without jumping through ten hoops.
