The biggest downside with 1PointMail is I feel like I went back to 1999. The overall interface could use a refresh but the backend product is sound. Spam check could also use some help. We had a number of emails come in that were definitely spam and should have been caught. I feel like over time it got better but was still fairly suprised to see stuff pop in every now and then. I have been using the 1pointmail since last month. This software really has the best bulk mailing system which helps in sending mail efficiently to everyone. This software has really really live tracking system which is a great advantage if you want to see whether your mail has actually reached the client which is really a great thing.
