The biggest downside with 1PointMail is I feel like I went back to 1999. The overall interface could use a refresh but the backend product is sound. Spam check could also use some help. We had a number of emails come in that were definitely spam and should have been caught. I feel like over time it got better but was still fairly suprised to see stuff pop in every now and then.
