**What do you like best about 1oT?**

Trustworthy people with close treatment have provided me with powerful tools and valuable information. A good customer service and continuous updating of the products are the things I appreciate the most.

**What do you dislike about 1oT?**

So far I have not seen any drawbacks worth commenting on.

**What problems is 1oT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of switching network operators and having better control of device connectivity

**What do you like best about 1oT?**

It's reliability and their customer service if and when there are issues or outages. Cost effective solution with transparency on pricing. Customer friendly flexibility that does not incur unnecessary expenses when a vehicle is in storage. Powerful tools to monitor and track usage to ensure efficient management of costs.

**What do you dislike about 1oT?**

It is hard to find major dislikes however one room for improvement is in their ability to connect with and quickly resolve with local telco providers as sometimes the connectivity issues may stem from local root causes and not from 1oT's own system which makes it hard for them to help us (the customer) if they do not see the issue.

**What problems is 1oT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use 1oT's solutions to manage my fleet of hundreds of vehicles across various regions in my country. The reliability and quality of the service allows me to effectively run my fleet and focus on operations and quality of service rather than have to worry about connectivity issues which can have a significant impact on the quality of my service for my customers

Credibility and accuracy of information and customer support any time we send them an email or they will get back to us in a very short time and they give me very good price

**What do you dislike about 1oT?**

up to now, i am happy to get the service from 1OT as they are very professional and I will recommend all my friends who have business  to work with them

**What problems is 1oT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i am getting from them a sim card they are giving me with good price and its works almost in all countries so all my customers they fell safer when they can track their cars in all GCC countries

**What do you like best about 1oT?**

1oT were very helpful, we were impressed with the level of SIM analysis they could offer, for us to understand how our devices behaved. The platform was easy to implement and navigate around, it's very straight forward. Our account manager was always availble to offer support when we required it.

**What do you dislike about 1oT?**

No real downsides other than slight human error with incorrect SIMs, but was fixed immediately.

**What problems is 1oT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a reliable SIM  that would send information to our dashboard. We had used other SIM providers and didn't get very good results and were unable to investigate the behaviour of the SIMs to understand how our product faired. With 1oT they were able to provide us with feedback on the SIMs behaviour for us to understand our product better.

**What do you like best about 1oT?**

Their modern and versatile platform, and their customer service. They are very responsive and quick at answering queries and troubleshooting any issue that may arise.

**What do you dislike about 1oT?**

While their platform offers an endless world of possibilities to manage SIM cards in an efficient, modern fashion, many of these tools are add-ons and billed separately, I wish they implemented a reward system of free add-ons as you increase your SIM card volumes.

**What problems is 1oT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1oT customised its service to meet two separate and distinct connectivity needs. They assembled two plans with different rates and billing methods to facilitate both our QA process in China and connectivity requirements in the European market.

It is possible to give names and tags and group SIMs; the ability to choose columns to be displayed on the main page and filtering options

Not very intuitive; lack of documentation

Big amount of SIMs, connectivity in different countries and continents, SIMs overview in one place

There is not sufficiant influence on mobile providers to claim problems. I would appreciate also faster data analyses.

**What do you like best about 1oT?**

It is hard to pick the most helpful one from many of the advantages of 1oT.
As a developer, rich technical support is the most helpful part.
As a project leader, flexible SIM management, such as status switching and package switching, is the most helpful part.

**What do you dislike about 1oT?**

As a user of AWS, I expect the new AWS service from 1oT.
But the development takes longer than I expected, and the status of AWS service keeps "coming soon."
Doing a customer survey and collecting customer comments when the development is stuck would be helpful.

**What problems is 1oT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The status switching of each SIM can be independent and flexible depending on different situation, solving the problem that our customers tests the products intermittently.
The data pool also benefits our case, and it allows us to cut costs and manage data consumption in a better way.

**What do you like best about 1oT?**

The modular and customisable Terminal is excellent for managing the day-to-day operations with the SIM cards. 
The account manager is always there for any questions that may arise. 
Extra points for the product team involving customers in feature previews and discussions regarding potential improvements to existing functionality.

**What do you dislike about 1oT?**

The pricing of SIM cards and data packages is more expensive than using the local service provider SIMs. 
Our use cases would benefit from more visibility into potential issues (for example, maintenance at a local carrier or a known outage) - having this information readily available in the Terminal would make life easier.

**What problems is 1oT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1oT helps us scale fast while keeping the operational overhead minimal.

Pricing is good, platform is pretty easy to use. It's nice that we have the choice to use or not use the value-added services.

Still expensive data rates compared to local providers.

We deploy IoT devices in a lot of countries and we need a seamless experience no matter where the system is installed. 1oT sims provide that and have good additional features.

The service's dashboard or "Terminal"  is easy to use and transparent, enabling workflow automations and bulk edits.

**What do you dislike about 1oT?**

Automatic activations of SIMs incur an automated charge even if SIM is unused - I would recommend a "pre-active" data package included in the price of the SIM.

**What problems is 1oT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the problem of worldwide connectivity for IoT devices and simplifying the complicated landscape in this area.

It just works. Minimal setup, minimal hassle, straight forward plug and play.

**What do you dislike about 1oT?**

Currently having issues with eSIM but expecting to have that sorted out soon.

**What problems is 1oT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have our customers source their own SIMs... easy in Finland, hard in Europe, impossible in US. Now with 1oT's SIM cards our products have become much more plug and play for our end customers.

**What do you like best about 1oT?**

1oT has fair pricing, reachable sales and support, and are in general "down to earth" people.
The SIMs replaced our existing solution because the prior company never returned our inquiries, except for payment of course.
In addition, 1oT works closely with Teltonika, making provisioning a breeze for larger orders.

**What do you dislike about 1oT?**

2FA can be enabled, but cannot be enforced for all provisioned users. You have to count on the fact that the users will actively look for the setting and activate 2FA for themselves. This makes it difficult to ensure security for larger deployments.

**What problems is 1oT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1oT provides us with a global solution for our IoT data needs, to help us be more proactive in our service.

Despite much effort on both 1ot and ourselves, PSM mode will not work here in New Zealand on your sims.    We need to use local carriers and there sims to work

I found 1ot very much easier to deal with than any other telco

there is often a long delay to access sim data on the dashboard

SIM management platform and analytics provided there are extremely useful to manage large scale IoT solution deployments.

Previously the search field at SIMs tab supported whichever data, but now it is needed to select whether the searchable info is "IMEI, ICCID etc"

More telecom companies should use 1oT SIM management platform to automate sales and support processes.
