I have no idea why they call this powerful tool 13Chats because it seems to do more than just chat. The platform is so helpful because of the all-in-one widget in which you can enable social media chat apps that you want to use. You can even turn on the notifications for each application that gives you the utimalte ease of access to go to different chats or live social media messages instantly. I would say that 13Chats features are some of the most convenient tools I've ever used. The service allows you to set up lead capture pop-ups in a few clicks. I can customize my form or choose from plenty of templates. There are also ready-made themed forms like Christmas or Halloween pop-ups to save time.

Moreover, 13Chats offers a drag-and-drop Facebook chatbot builder and a live-chat widget. Also, it provides statistics on visitors' journeys on the website and allows you to start a proactive dialogue and make a personal offer to online users. These features are very useful for my work.
