Well, the free version fits under what I like best. To be honest, the price scale is in-line with other services and you get a great deal of functionality. Most new services getting into the management technology arena are very focused on the needs of a landlords from a marketing point of view and not the building operations.. Landlord123 has both covered. Syndication of the vacant listing as well as work orders and inventory (great for furnished rentals) A good options for a single landlord, team or agent like myself who manages and rent investment unit on behalf of a client.
