From the perspective of a basic BPO (proctoring) role, using Falcon Identity Protection feels very reassuring. Because we handle multiple university portals and sensitive student data, it’s comforting to know the system is continuously monitoring logins and access. Even when we switch between different university systems, it helps make sure that only authorized access is taking place. What I like most is that it runs quietly in the background without disrupting our day-to-day tasks, so we can stay focused on the work instead of worrying about security issues. On the downside, it can sometimes feel a bit too strict for a BPO environment. When I’m working across multiple university sites, frequent logins or switching between systems can trigger extra verification steps or restrictions, which slows down the work. Also, if something gets blocked, it isn’t always clear what caused it, so we end up relying on IT support to figure it out. For non-technical users, some of the alerts and restrictions can be confusing and disruptive, and they can interrupt the workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
