**What do you like best about 11x?**

11x helps us streamline our outreach and cold outbounding in a way that's both efficient and effective. Creating new campaigns, targeting new audiences, and getting creative about new ways that we can connect with our target audience is made seamless with 11x. Not only is it easy to source new leads within our target market, it's easy to connect with them in a voice that is authentic to our product and our brand.

**What do you dislike about 11x?**

The most challenging part of the tool used to be proving value and ROI with the product, but 11x has already incorporated an influenced pipeline tool that automatically calculates this for users. I'd like the ability to refine this even further in platform, but 11x has done a great job building out this tool in a way that's responsive and thoughtful. 

The only other challenges I have with the tool would be the way that website visitors are tracked. I would love a way to filter out website visitors based on URL or pages visited. For us, one of our highest traffic pages is also end-user facing which makes it less valuable for us to market to, as most of those users are not within our target buyer demographic. Being able to filter this field would make difference in our use of the tool.

**What problems is 11x solving and how is that benefiting you?**

11x allows us to take a lot of manual cold outreach and even automated warm lead follow up off of our plate. 11x pulls its weight helping us source viable leads to provide our Sales team with more at bats. 

We're a very lean team and it's been important for us to leverage how easy campaign creation and target segmentation is through 11x. It's helped keep our BDR function running even amongst staffing changes and gaps.

**What do you like best about 11x?**

We brought on 11x to help close a gap we were seeing between marketing and sales, specifically around consistent, high-quality follow-up on campaigns. It’s been effective in helping us reach more prospects with messaging that actually feels personalized, not automated, and at a volume we simply couldn’t support before.

What stood out quickly is how much more coverage we’re getting across our target segments without sacrificing relevance. It’s allowed us to extend the life and impact of our campaigns in a meaningful way, rather than letting leads go cold.

We’ve also been really impressed with the level of support from the 11x team. Matt, in particular, has gone above and beyond to help us set up and optimize campaigns in a way that drives results.

**What do you dislike about 11x?**

When we’re building new campaigns, Alice sometimes takes longer than expected to generate the messaging, which can slow down our setup process and make iteration less efficient. We’ve also noticed that when cold-sourcing leads, some of the contact data can be out of date, so we end up needing an extra layer of validation on our side before moving forward.

**What do you like best about 11x?**

I appreciate how 11x has helped me scale personalization on a more one-to-one level, using company and individual information effectively. I really like the AI-generated emails feature the most because it's tailored to my tone and able to pull in specific instructions and background research for personalized outreach. The website visitors feature is great because it helps me stay on top of mind with inbound traffic and understand which customers are resonating with our content. Additionally, I found the support team to be amazing, particularly Nick, who was instrumental in enabling my experience. He was always on point with creating campaigns and testing new ideas, which made my experience with 11x pleasant.

**What do you dislike about 11x?**

One thing that could be improved is 11x's ability to read responses, like on LinkedIn. It doesn't always follow up appropriately, even when someone has already replied. It sometimes sends the next message in the sequence that doesn’t fit the conversation anymore because the prospect has already responded. Also, 11x doesn't have a cold calling tool at the moment, which is something I know is on the horizon.

11x helps me scale personalization on a one-to-one level using company and individual info. It automates message creation with various tonalities for personalized outreach. The AI-generated emails tailor outreach based on my tone and instructions.

**What do you like best about 11x?**

I love the 11x interface; it's sleek, clean, and easy to navigate, allowing for efficient use. The way they take any hiccups or issues seriously is something I really appreciate. Our dedicated rep, Braulio, is awesome and takes our success very seriously. He's always quick to respond and resolve any issues or answer questions, even though we're in different time zones. I'm impressed with the quality of leads, which are generally good despite how niche some of our ICPs can be. The initial setup of 11x was super easy, and our integration with HubSpot works smoothly for the most part. Slack also works as advertised for notifications related to 11x warm leads.

**What do you dislike about 11x?**

Sometimes 11x misses the mark on an email or LinkedIn message sequence, whether it be not relevant to the target or too wordy.

**What problems is 11x solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use 11x for lead generation, finding success primarily with LinkedIn connections. The tool's sleek interface, great customer support, and quality leads make it efficient. Issues can arise with message sequences needing refinement, but overall, it aids in reaching niche ICPs effectively.

**What do you like best about 11x?**

I love how 11x learned my voice and role through my LinkedIn posts and videos, making it feel like a true extension of me as a professional. It's really useful because I'm an executive who's always busy, traveling, and I don't have much time as I would like for follow up and outreach. 11x gives me back that outreach time and allows me to connect with many people in my network. I appreciate how it provides more leverage to tighten up areas of my game, especially with follow-ups, which is important for hyperactive relationship folks like me. The customizations make it seem like 11x knows me personally, and that's something I really appreciate.

**What do you dislike about 11x?**

Just more and more customizations to me. Maybe it would be great if 11x had a feature that could do some of the follow-up on meetings that are on my calendar. The initial setup was a little challenging; my IT team had some challenges and concerns we had to work through. It was a little bit harder than I'd have liked, probably because we are a large organization adopting AI, which can be a bit challenging.

**What do you like best about 11x?**

The intelligent AI (Alice) can research companies in a matter of seconds and compose messaging based on our company profile and ideal customer. I also can’t say enough good things about our 11x Account Manager, Braulio. He consistently goes above and beyond by sharing ideas for our campaigns and helping us set them up for the greatest success. He is always on time to our weekly calls and follows ups the calls with an email to our team explaining his take aways and reminding us what are take aways are. Lastly, the LinkedIn connection is fantastic. My connections have increased exponentially, and I have found that many potential customers (11x leads) often prefer to message me over LinkedIn as it has a more personal feel.

**What do you dislike about 11x?**

There is not really a downside. Sometimes our campaigns are small and we need to make them even more personal than they may already be through Alice's messages. Our 11x account manager showed us how we can utilize Alice for the research and still send the emails directly from us, should we choose to do so.

**What problems is 11x solving and how is that benefiting you?**

11x is helping us build our pipeline with customers we likely wouldn’t have reached otherwise. It’s also growing our LinkedIn presence significantly, both for our individual profiles and for our company’s followers. It truly feels like a gift that keeps on giving. Our 11x account manager is incredibly good at what he does, and he works hard to make sure our business is successful through 11x.

**What do you like best about 11x?**

I appreciate how 11x removes the time and personnel constraints involved in running manual prospecting and email sequencing at scale. It allows for quality outreach in a time-saving manner, especially valuable in a niche B2B space. I love that 11x has freed up time for us to focus on higher-value tasks like refining messaging, qualifying responses, and advancing conversations. The biggest win for me is the ability to pull from multiple lead sources and utilize lead lists that we provide, all without manual overhead. This has significantly reduced the time spent on repetitive prospecting tasks. It's also incredibly helpful to receive lists from publication and conference attendance sources, input them into 11x, and set an automated email sequence. The ease of setup with the help of Matt and the 11x team was seamless and reassuring.

Sometimes I am unable to access the website, but I'm unsure if it's an issue from our end. The web page won't load; however, I believe it is an issue with our internal system as it works off our WiFi.

I love how easy 11x is to set up, and it saves hours of manual work, which is a massive help for my team. The AI outreach feels genuinely human, not robotic, making scaling outbound outreach much more feasible without having to add more staff. The AI, especially Alice, handles personalization at scale effortlessly, which is very impressive. Plus, email delivery is great because emails don't land in spam thanks to the backend infrastructure, like the auto warm-up emails. A special shoutout to CSM James, who made the setup process smooth.

11X is a very good tool for mass outreach, and it helps you do it without constantly worrying about getting your domains blacklisted. It can also provide research on the contacts you’re reaching out to, and it lets you tailor your outreach using the personalization details you already have in your CRM, like Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about 11x?**

For us, the main issue when using the platform was that it seems to focus more on simple refinement prompts when selecting contacts. When you have a very specific target, it becomes really difficult to filter things down to what you actually need. We weren’t able to reach out to many people based on the target audience we had, which made it hard to use the tool to its fullest during that period. And because we couldn’t reach out to a large number of people, we didn’t end up getting many leads from it either.

We were trying to do more outreach and build more pipeline, and 11x was meant to help close that gap.

I really like the automation in 11x because it writes great messaging if prompted correctly. The automation doesn't sound robotic and it relates back to recent job changes or company news of the prospect. It tailors the messaging in an effective way, which I find really helpful.

**What do you dislike about 11x?**

It populates prospects that fit the criteria but then takes a while to actually send out messaging to them. It gets hung up a little too easily. I've run campaigns that have been in sequence for over 10 days and only reached out to 40-50 prospects, but it should be well over 100.

11x helps by finding external leads in the background, freeing up additional time. It automates messaging effectively, making it sound less robotic and tailored to recent job changes or company news.

11x.ai is becoming a standout tool in our revenue GTM! With a relatively small total addressable market, we needed help with automating outreach that was intentional, high quality and hyper-personalised.

This tool is helping us do just that and we have seen a much higher positive response rate than most campaigns that were sent manually through our CRM.

Additionally, the people behind it (specifically mentioning James Manasseh) has provided excellent support not just at onboarding but also throughout our journey as a customer. Everything has been smooth, easy and seamless and I would recommend this to anyone who is either super familiar with auto-mating their GTM processes or those that need extra hand holding! James has consistently been on hand to build out our campaigns, offer support and even encourage momentum from our Sales Enablement function which is greatly appreciated.

I would highly recommend 11x.ai for prospecting and outreach - their team is brilliant and the tool is a game-changer.

Every single time you want to go in and edit the messaging (copy) of a campaign, it runs the entire AI again. Ideally it would just save the last version and if you want to re-run it, then you hit a button. 

Speed of the email generation could improve slightly but it is still fairly quick!

I love how 11x streamlines the prospecting process, making it incredibly efficient for identifying leads. The way Alice, our AI agent, can locate and identify specific leads that I direct her to find is amazing. I love her ability to create customized and unique messages tailored to each lead, which adds a personal touch that enhances our engagement strategy. Another feature I particularly love is how she updates our Salesforce account information efficiently. This task is typically very time-consuming for a Sales Development Representative, but Alice makes it seamless, saving me a significant amount of time. Furthermore, the initial setup of 11x was fairly easy, thanks to Alice our 11x representative being extremely hands-on and helpful, meeting with me weekly to ensure I understood the process. The continued support has been incredible, providing me with ongoing assistance tailored to my team’s needs. The overall experience with 11x and their supportive team has been very satisfying.

At this time I have no complaints, I feel like whenever I bring an issue to my rep, they are able to help me understand it and or fix it immediately.

**What do you like best about 11x?**

I love how customizable the agents are and the onboarding/continued customer service has been as solid as I've ever experienced with any kind of new tech roll out. When weighing the alternative of partnering with a full-blown 24/7 call center, 11x has proven to be a better choice for us. Alice Qu on the deployments team has been extremely helpful related to our onboarding, initial launch, and our continued tweaks to the agents/use cases.

**What do you dislike about 11x?**

There is a lack of analytics and reporting in the current iteration, however there have been many updates to the platform since we've joined and I'm confident more robust reporting is coming soon. At the agent level we are able to get pretty granular, however we would benefit from more global reporting options spanning across all of the agents.

**What problems is 11x solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guaranteeing speed to lead and script following for a sub-set of leads with specific goals. Using 11x has also allowed us to meaningfully follow up leads outside of our working hours.

I like how, when you prompt 11x, it allows you to be very specific and does a great job of articulating what you want. It finds information about people and makes sure it’s well-correlated in emails. It also does a really great job of making people feel good about themselves, their company, and our company, which leads to more meetings.

**What do you dislike about 11x?**

I just wish it was less or no limit outreach flow. I wish it was less limits.

The 11x team has been incredibly hands-on and responsive, taking feedback seriously and continuously refining the experience. There are still moments where “Alice” gets a bit too creative with data or statistics, but the pace of improvement and their willingness to listen make 11x a partner we’re excited to keep working with.

It saves a lot of time. We don't have to waste our time on constant follow-ups and reminders. It also helps to find the ICP.

We manually have to stop each email if we get a positive response like for a meeting reply or a demo reply or different questions.

**What problems is 11x solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an SDR we constantly have to call people and send a lot of emails and follow up on them as well. 11x makes it  a lot easier first by finding the right spoc, then creating email templates, adding product deck links, and also adding LinkedIn connecting invites.We don't have to keep tabs on each and every lead as 11x does it for us.

**What do you like best about 11x?**

I appreciate 11x for its outstanding ease of setup, thanks to the dedicated full-time account representative who was always available to assist us. This personal support made launching and configuring the software remarkably straightforward, allowing us to quickly get up and running by identifying targets and setting up processes effortlessly. Additionally, the AI agent named Alice is particularly impressive; the ability to nudge her in the right direction during campaigns is invaluable. Alice efficiently identifies targets and composes emails, and we can adjust our campaigns by adding or removing criteria to make our outreach more targeted. This flexibility to refine our messaging over time is a significant advantage. Beyond the technical features, the customer service from 11x is exceptional. The team, especially Nick and his boss Lauren, went above and beyond to ensure our success with the application, consistently offering their availability for immediate support through various communication channels like quick calls and Slack. This level of service made all the difference for us, making it the key reason to choose 11x despite other available options in the market.

**What do you dislike about 11x?**

I find the credit system in 11x to be a source of anxiety within my organization. Although the system is designed to control the bandwidth of outbound messages, there's a constant concern that we might consume more credits than we have. While customer support, notably our partner Nick, is quick to add credits if needed, the anxiety stemming from potential credit shortages persists despite knowing that support is readily available.

**What problems is 11x solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find 11x scales our sales efforts by generating leads and identifying potential clients without additional headcount, optimizing email outreach and enhancing target identification.

I like 11x for creating scalable and consistent outreach. The customer service is incredible. I value the live web research and the LLM that 11x built, which writes very humanlike. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to working with Matt Sonderman, who's the best in the game.

11x does a great job of prospecting potential clients. By providing multiple ways to search for prospects, 11x gives freedom to users on how they want to target their client base specifically. This allows us to ensure our messaging is getting to the relevant decision makers.

Patricio has done a fantastic job supporting our team through the many upgrades 11x has gone through in the recent months. The support he provides allows us to ensure we are getting the most out of the tool.

Some of the messaging can come off robotic and stilted at times. This is usually resolved by providing more detailed prompts.

We started using Alice from 11x recently and it’s been a solid addition to our workflow. A few weeks after getting set up, Alice helped us book a meeting with a pretty large account, which was a great early win.

The setup was straightforward, and the tool has been easy to work with since then. It’s been helpful in opening doors and keeping outreach moving along. Overall, a good experience so far.

I wish I could get more help on the strategies I should try out.  I've been told this feature could be coming :)

11x.ai has transformed how we approach large scale prospecting. The platform is intuitive and incredibly easy to use, making it simple to adopt and leverage from day one. Its prospecting function stands out, consistently helping us generate high-quality leads via the adaptive AI which learns over time. Over the course of the first few months, we’ve seen the platform’s AI adapt to our unique industry and messaging needs, which has been invaluable in refining our narrative, product positioning, and overall wording.
Implementation was straightforward, with smooth integrations into our existing workflows and minimal setup time. The team at 11x.ai provides excellent customer support, responding quickly and proactively to ensure we get the most out of the platform. We use it regularly, and it’s become a core tool for both lead generation and internal learning.

**What do you dislike about 11x?**

There’s very little to dislike. While the number of features is strong and continually expanding, we’d love to see even deeper integrations with some niche tools in our stack. That said, the 11x.ai team is highly receptive to feedback and frequently rolls out updates, so we’re confident any gaps will be addressed quickly. One thing to keep in mind is if it works for your specific product and outreach demands, depending on the Go-To-Market approach you might want to consider other tools or an in-house team. But if you want large-scale prospecting without spending your sales team's time, go for it.
