What do you like best about 11x?

11x helps us streamline our outreach and cold outbounding in a way that's both efficient and effective. Creating new campaigns, targeting new audiences, and getting creative about new ways that we can connect with our target audience is made seamless with 11x. What do you dislike about 11x?

The most challenging part of the tool used to be proving value and ROI with the product, but 11x has already incorporated an influenced pipeline tool that automatically calculates this for users. I'd like the ability to refine this even further in platform, but 11x has done a great job building out this tool in a way that's responsive and thoughtful.

The only other challenges I have with the tool would be the way that website visitors are tracked. I would love a way to filter out website visitors based on URL or pages visited. For us, one of our highest traffic pages is also end-user facing which makes it less valuable for us to market to, as most of those users are not within our target buyer demographic. What do you like best about 11x?

We brought on 11x to help close a gap we were seeing between marketing and sales, specifically around consistent, high-quality follow-up on campaigns. It’s been effective in helping us reach more prospects with messaging that actually feels personalized, not automated, and at a volume we simply couldn’t support before.

What stood out quickly is how much more coverage we’re getting across our target segments without sacrificing relevance. It’s allowed us to extend the life and impact of our campaigns in a meaningful way, rather than letting leads go cold.

What do you dislike about 11x?

When we’re building new campaigns, Alice sometimes takes longer than expected to generate the messaging, which can slow down our setup process and make iteration less efficient. We’ve also noticed that when cold-sourcing leads, some of the contact data can be out of date, so we end up needing an extra layer of validation on our side before moving forward. What do you like best about 11x?

I love the 11x interface; it's sleek, clean, and easy to navigate, allowing for efficient use. The way they take any hiccups or issues seriously is something I really appreciate. Our dedicated rep, Braulio, is awesome and takes our success very seriously. He's always quick to respond and resolve any issues or answer questions, even though we're in different time zones. I'm impressed with the quality of leads, which are generally good despite how niche some of our ICPs can be. The initial setup of 11x was super easy, and our integration with HubSpot works smoothly for the most part. Slack also works as advertised for notifications related to 11x warm leads. What do you like best about 11x?

I love how 11x learned my voice and role through my LinkedIn posts and videos, making it feel like a true extension of me as a professional. It's really useful because I'm an executive who's always busy, traveling, and I don't have much time as I would like for follow up and outreach. 11x gives me back that outreach time and allows me to connect with many people in my network. I appreciate how it provides more leverage to tighten up areas of my game, especially with follow-ups, which is important for hyperactive relationship folks like me. What do you dislike about 11x?

Just more and more customizations to me. Maybe it would be great if 11x had a feature that could do some of the follow-up on meetings that are on my calendar. The initial setup was a little challenging; my IT team had some challenges and concerns we had to work through. What do you like best about 11x?

The intelligent AI (Alice) can research companies in a matter of seconds and compose messaging based on our company profile and ideal customer. I also can’t say enough good things about our 11x Account Manager, Braulio. He consistently goes above and beyond by sharing ideas for our campaigns and helping us set them up for the greatest success. He is always on time to our weekly calls and follows ups the calls with an email to our team explaining his take aways and reminding us what are take aways are. Lastly, the LinkedIn connection is fantastic. My connections have increased exponentially, and I have found that many potential customers (11x leads) often prefer to message me over LinkedIn as it has a more personal feel. What do you dislike about 11x?

There is not really a downside. Sometimes our campaigns are small and we need to make them even more personal than they may already be through Alice's messages. What do you like best about 11x?

I appreciate how 11x removes the time and personnel constraints involved in running manual prospecting and email sequencing at scale. It allows for quality outreach in a time-saving manner, especially valuable in a niche B2B space. I love that 11x has freed up time for us to focus on higher-value tasks like refining messaging, qualifying responses, and advancing conversations. The biggest win for me is the ability to pull from multiple lead sources and utilize lead lists that we provide, all without manual overhead. This has significantly reduced the time spent on repetitive prospecting tasks. It's also incredibly helpful to receive lists from publication and conference attendance sources, input them into 11x, and set an automated email sequence. What do you like best about 11x?

I love how easy 11x is to set up, and it saves hours of manual work, which is a massive help for my team. The AI outreach feels genuinely human, not robotic, making scaling outbound outreach much more feasible without having to add more staff. The AI, especially Alice, handles personalization at scale effortlessly, which is very impressive. What do you like best about 11x?

I really like the automation in 11x because it writes great messaging if prompted correctly. The automation doesn't sound robotic and it relates back to recent job changes or company news of the prospect. It tailors the messaging in an effective way, which I find really helpful. What do you dislike about 11x?

It populates prospects that fit the criteria but then takes a while to actually send out messaging to them. It gets hung up a little too easily. What do you like best about 11x?

11x.ai is becoming a standout tool in our revenue GTM! With a relatively small total addressable market, we needed help with automating outreach that was intentional, high quality and hyper-personalised.

This tool is helping us do just that and we have seen a much higher positive response rate than most campaigns that were sent manually through our CRM.

Additionally, the people behind it (specifically mentioning James Manasseh) has provided excellent support not just at onboarding but also throughout our journey as a customer. Everything has been smooth, easy and seamless and I would recommend this to anyone who is either super familiar with auto-mating their GTM processes or those that need extra hand holding! James has consistently been on hand to build out our campaigns, offer support and even encourage momentum from our Sales Enablement function which is greatly appreciated.

What do you dislike about 11x?

Every single time you want to go in and edit the messaging (copy) of a campaign, it runs the entire AI again. Ideally it would just save the last version and if you want to re-run it, then you hit a button.
