The ability to find orders and items for tracking purposes. Also having the ability to half search up say a name to determine whether or not the right name and address was provided was very helpful in understanding what went wrong with shipments and allowed me to resolve them effectively. I felt like the bar on the side should stay there regardless of what you are doing. After executing a search I lost the bar entirely and found that to be very annoying having to go back for each order rather than clicking back into say a hidden side-bar and pulling it back for another search.
