The system has a lot of useful subsections that help the hiring structure, as well as an integrated AI system that can be used to shortlist and evaluate candidates, create specific experience-based interview questions and rank the candidates. I would add the tab for essential skills (for job postings and candidate applications) which would allow to minimize the ineligible application rate and streamline the application process. Also, in the "candidate" section, I would add a "new candidates" section, or make the new candidates appear on the top of the list, because right now the new candidates get lost in the main candidate tab.

To be honest as per our experience there aren't any major downsides but there are few things that could have been better. As sometimes the platform feels very limited especially when you need advanced customization for bigger hiring needs . Also at some moment it can feel bit slow and laggy .

Another big plus is the automation. Features like automated emails and interview scheduling reduce repetitive tasks, so you can focus more on evaluating candidates rather than coordinating logistics. For example, setting up email templates and triggers means candidates get timely updates without needing constant follow-ups.

The AI prompts help speed up repetitive communication without adding complexity.

I also like how questionnaires, self-scheduling links, and email templates work together to reduce back-and-forth. It makes the process more efficient while still feeling organized for the candidate. The use of knowckout questions is also practical, since it helps filter out unqualified applicant early without adding extra manual work. 

On top of that, SMS template awith scheduling links make communication quicker and more responsive, whick is important since many candidates are more reachable via text.

It's new for me to seeing such a complete and user friendly ATS that could work with begineer. All the features, where we could easily turn the candidates we agreed to be qualified, just like press the menu and there's the option. Everything are put together in a page so that will be very helpful for us "HR" to do screening and contacting the candidates

For me it would be the color and theme seems blant. But that would be great if you could add a little color or illustration in it. Anything not too over, so that using this ATS won't be boring

The recruiting features that being put all in there together in one page, because i have been using another recruiter ATS and there are lots of page, reducing click here and there is really beneficial for us the HR who needs to be fast. The interface is easy to use, with easy-to-read fonts and sizes. It also works perfectly for first-time users of ATS, as it provides guidance on how to use it. It reduces a lot of workload for HRs especially with bulk messaging those who are for interview and those who didn't make it. As someone who had personal experience with ghosting from employers, this ATS creates a good relationship with candidates as it keeps good communication even for those who didn't make it. This ATS also provides reminders for the tasks, what are yet to be done so that HR personnel won't have to set alarms for it anymore. It also provides a dashboard for reporting, which is one of the most important aspect of 100Hires.

there is no short video reviewer. maybe need to add some tests like personality test, English test, ETC. why some important fitur putted in the settings? like scheduled, template, form, ETC. will be perfect if placed in the main page.

I love the user interface , everything is organised and easy to manage at one place even at scale . Price is also quite reasonable.When I was on it, I could easily create track responses in real time, and manage candidate data without switching between tools .

**What do you dislike about 100Hires?**

The only thing I think it's lacking is sometimes it feels a bit limited when we want more control on reports or customisation. Also a few integrations did not work as smoothly as expected , so it took some time to adjust. Once was working that time I wanted to customise the reports to compare different people group more clearly , but the options were limited.Then , I had to export data and adjust it manually, which consume my extra hours.

When I was not using 100Hires , management of candidate information and reviews for multiple candidates was quite chaotic. This was because there were many different tools being used to do things, which resulted in inefficiencies and took a great deal of effort.

Since then, processes have become very streamlined and efficient. I am now able to conduct surveys and monitor candidate reviews from within one solution. For instance, when I am dealing with roughly 100 hires at once, the 100 Hires solution makes this process very streamlined.

In Terms of ATS platform best one ever came across. UI , Navigation and the acesss to portal is super easy. Separate Bar for each individual Section and highly recommended.
Good Performance of the portal too and good user database and in terms of pricing also a good in the market . Onboarding call was super easy from the team and great worktoo.
Good AI Integration and that helps recruiter and a brownie point too and  kudos to whole team.

I really like about 100Hires the way the workflows are shown in a clear and objective way to understand the process. The filters are very useful on the different sections like candidates and during the process. Finally, the reporting part it is so important to analyze the data during the whole process to the start until the end.

I would recommend to improve how the system is shown from the beginning could be confusing to get familiar with it for example to get to the details of the jobs descriptions could be difficult to find at first time. If maybe an easy way to get to that could be very helpful. Also, on the pipeline all the information is horizontal without line to determine each stage neither colors to understand easier at first.

I have experienced 100hires in the trial mode, therefore it is a bit hard to say what I didn't like, however I can point out some recommendations which I think will take the platform to the next stage.
 1. Approval flow - before the requisitions/jobs are posted online or once the offer is created for the candidate.
2. Offer document templates - Having document templates will help recruiters to create offers within the system instead of manually filling the information about the job and the candidate in word document.
3. Integrating the tool with docusign, making it easy for the candidates and the company representative to sign the offer
4. Adding candidate tasks as templates, if the candidate is moved to the stage where they need to to the practical work, there will be predefined task templates for each position if relevant, and tasks will be sent through gmail

- No option to set up multiple company names (if you work for multiple companies) or multiple departments (if you're a in house recruiter working for multiple departments)
-Within the candidate profile, I would add a Notes section so you can write down what has been discussed with the candidate for example

100 Hires contains comprehensive details on the hiring process, including the dashboards which includes the task and a link to direct you to the action needed, sms/email templates depending on the scenario or category of the employee, self-scheduling which enables both the recruiter and the applicant to save time by avoiding back and forth emails for the schedule and the best part should be the centralized database for the applicant record which you can modify your filters to meet the certain group.

I didn't find anything that might not be beneficial to a recruiter.

Efficiency of the application system thru:

a.  Dashboard: It has a one stop shop where it saves you time in exploring the system by having a page with direct links on each necessary task for a recruiter.
b. SMS/Email Templates: it gives you ease in providing updates to the candidates.
c. Self-Scheduling: saves time for both the recruiter and the applicants.

It’s all machine-based and not human-based. Sometimes the resumes aren’t perfect, and some deserving candidates might miss out.

**What problems is 100Hires solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s solving my problem of searching for candidates across different platforms. It’s time-efficient, helps with posting requirements, and lets me read through resumes in no time while also collecting the candidates’ previous history. It provides timely information to leaders about the hiring process while giving insights from various platforms. It also organizes tests for interviews and saves me a lot of manual work by using AI-based automation.

**What do you like best about 100Hires?**

It has AI integration for different use (writing job ads, candidate scoring, etc)  which helps a lot to speed up recruitment processes. I also liked that there are automations on the pipeline and thus making pipeline management easier and efficient. Lastly, I liked that I can have different options when it comes to sourcing candidates (which is very important). I can use my website, different job boards and LinkedIn as well.

None. I think it works and it has all the features you will need as a Recruiter or as an Agency.

Pipeline Management - they have a customizable pipeline that you can adjust and put automation
Sourcing - you can post in different boards, use your own site, or use LinkedIn
Outreach - it helps with the outreach especially personalizing your copy with the help of variables
Reporting - they have a reporting dashboard that will help you to be on track of your KPIs
Task Management - it also has the feature to arrange task for different members

There are moments where it feels a bit too simple. For example, reporting isn’t very detailed, and you can’t really customize things as much as you might want if your process is more specific.

**What problems is 100Hires solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to handle candidates across emails and spreadsheets which was a mess. Now everything is centralized, and it’s much easier to track who’s where in the process.
