What do you dislike about 100Hires?

What I like most about 100Hires is that it keeps the hiring process clear and organized. All candidates are in one place, which makes it easy to track progress and not miss anything. What do you like best about 100Hires?

The tool is quite sophisticated, as it combines all the necessary features a recruiter might need in the selection process. The best liked features I noticed are:

1. Pre-defined stages/questions which can make the selection process consistent for the candidates.

2. Templates that are there to reduce the manual work for the recruiter.

3. Dedicated candidate profile that has every detail combined, easy to access.

4. Intuitive interface, making it less complicated to navigate within the system

What do you dislike about 100Hires?

I have experienced 100hires in the trial mode, therefore it is a bit hard to say what I didn't like, however I can point out some recommendations which I think will take the platform to the next stage.

1. Approval flow - before the requisitions/jobs are posted online or once the offer is created for the candidate.

2. Offer document templates - Having document templates will help recruiters to create offers within the system instead of manually filling the information about the job and the candidate in word document.

3. Integrating the tool with docusign, making it easy for the candidates and the company representative to sign the offer

4. Adding candidate tasks as templates, if the candidate is moved to the stage where they need to to the practical work, there will be predefined task templates for each position if relevant, and tasks will be sent through gmail Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 100Hires?

You got a lot of options to change the vacancy to your own preference.

You can set up reminder messages which will be send to your phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 100Hires?

- No open field to fill in what the required working hours will be (there are roles which require 24 or 32 or 36 or 40 hours).

- No option to set up multiple company names (if you work for multiple companies) or multiple departments (if you're a in house recruiter working for multiple departments)

-Within the candidate profile, I would add a Notes section so you can write down what has been discussed with the candidate for example

-I would erase the 'Disqualified' option which is standing at each stage of the pipeline. You could make a seperate column for it to have an overview of the disqualified candidates

What do you like best about 100Hires?

100 Hires contains comprehensive details on the hiring process, including the dashboards which includes the task and a link to direct you to the action needed, sms/email templates depending on the scenario or category of the employee, self-scheduling which enables both the recruiter and the applicant to save time by avoiding back and forth emails for the schedule and the best part should be the centralized database for the applicant record which you can modify your filters to meet the certain group. What do you like best about 100Hires?

It has AI integration for different use (writing job ads, candidate scoring, etc) which helps a lot to speed up recruitment processes. I also liked that there are automations on the pipeline and thus making pipeline management easier and efficient. Lastly, I liked that I can have different options when it comes to sourcing candidates (which is very important). I can use my website, different job boards and LinkedIn as well. What do you like best about 100Hires?

I like the UI/UX - it's very responsive. The features, like the Candidate Fields, are organized; candidates can be searched (no need to manually find each candidate). When posting a job post, they offer a good flow of what the steps to do; all the fields you'll need is already listed, and you can be assisted by AI for screening applications (this is the best feature). It also helps you do things more easily as it offers a feature to integrate emails and calendars/interviews - no manual creation of emails in Gmail as it has a feature of sending emails and scheduling interviews directly from the system. All the things you need for end-to-end recruitment can be processed here, eg. candidate gathering up to sendinga job offer. You can also see the metrics of how your recruitment success is going through the reports. Moreover, there's a live customer support that can assist you while using the website - very helpful for first-time users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 100Hires?

What I like best about 100Hires is how everything is kept in one place from job postings to candidate communication. It’s easy to track where each applicant is in the hiring process without feeling lost or overwhelmed. The ability to customize the pipeline stages and add notes or tags also makes it easier to collaborate with team members and stay on the same page. What do you dislike about 100Hires?

One thing I found a bit limiting was the initial learning curve. It took a little time to figure out where everything was and how to set up the hiring flow just right. A few parts of the dashboard could be more intuitive, especially for first time users. That said, once I got used to the layout, it became much easier to navigate and use efficiently. What do you like best about 100Hires?

I like how it is very useful to use and easy to know what to do on the app. There are some things I take notes:

1. The kanban view of the candidate view -> makes it easier to see visually of the list of candidates.

2. The integration; Gcal, Slack, Outlook, etc, would help so much for the operationals.

What do you dislike about 100Hires?

There are also some for improvements:

1. I cannot see to which job board the job will be posted, it will be good if it can be integrated to post into some job boards like, LinkedIn, JobStreet, etc.
