The best thing in EPICOR is that it's very customizable as per your needs. Many Ad hoc crystal reports can be created in it. Last but not the least is that it's very cost effective and fulfil all needs of medium to big enterprizes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

HQExchange is a full featured yet approachable EDI program that makes integration with partners a lot easier and quicker. The mapping features are excellent and provide tools for almost any data manipulation that you will encounter. The communication tools provided are also top notch. This software offers the most flexibility of any I have seen. The ability to maintain all the aspects of mapping and processing of the software is incredible along with the flexibility of the communications package for all protocols required by our customers! So far, I haven't found much to dislike, I would like to see the output on the po's with the po total in the EDI/HQ - Dashboard, like we see in the intelligentXchange dasboard.

It's easy to bring on board new vendors. Building a new map, or using an existing one is easy to do. The dashboard is real helpful in easily finding any problems Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be nice if it had more xml capabilities. Some of our vendors work strictly in XML. It makes it difficult to work with those.
