QuickBooks Bill Pay is user-friendly and easy to navigate across a variety of tasks. I especially like the bill and bill payment approval option within the software, since it helps ensure proper handling of both the bill and the related financial transaction before final processing. This approval step also helps make sure our company’s financial transactions are reviewed by additional parties for legitimacy and accuracy prior to submitting the payment to the financial institution. One issue I’ve run into is when a payment gets rejected by the receiving bank. To find out why the payment was rejected or returned, I have to contact support by phone or chat to get that information. When support is busy, this can take quite a while and slows down the process. I personally would like a rejected/returned tab in the bill payment dashboard where the information can be found and corrected without the sometimes-lengthy support process.
