I've been having a problem using Layouts. I Have saved my layout, and I load it in the project. But every time project restarts, I need to do it again. Should I have to save my Layout file in the respective project folder?

Whenever I try to open a file or anew file in the Pycharm, I see that the file doesn't open properly and default option goes to insert mode. Then again I should enter Insert button(fn+E) to come out of the mode as anyone is accustomed to this mode. Please suggest any short cut method.

ReSharper is so slow even for modestly sized solutions. I have a huge system with 16 logical cores running 2.7GHz and nearly 90GB RAM. Why does Visual Studio get so slow for solutions with 30 projects - event when those projects are not even huge themselves. It is MIND BOGGLING.
