I wonder how a successful Adhoc customization would work when changing Zoho's underlying code.

For importing the leads, some where we are using the data which we are having in the excel files. we cannot directly import the google sheet data or excel data in the zoho CRM software. It might be great if you are using the software

I use SalesForce to send me customized reports to my email from time to time, sometimes weekly, sometimes biweekly.
