Is it easier to go by category or just search for it?

Is it a long process? What does it take on my end? Wondering how long it will take from the first conversation to being up and running.

Instacart is being very unreasonable to its employees during this pandemic......rates are very cheap, driving distances are very long, they don’t care about workers safety and when employees do speak up about an issue they are being punished by instacart withholding orders from that said person... Signed up for delivery service on Saturday. Scheduled delivery for Wednesday 6-7pm. App showed order was "in progress" until 10pm when it showed "cancelled". Are you even a real service?
